Grumbles.

Yue's stomach was rumbling since yesterday.

She lay down on the grass and sob.

"This sucks. I shouldn't have given the food supply to Lihua. I mean she has Li Jie to provide food. What about me?"

Sighing.

She has no way of catching beasts or wild animals.

Fruits,mushrooms and grass are all her main targets. Clenching the book in her left arm she strode forward.

For her….. Things will be much easier if you do not dwell on the problem and just move forward in order to solve the problem.

"This one is a root crop! Finally!"

She grabs the tall plant and pulls.

There are three huge root crops that appear.

Happily, Yue who is trembling in hunger prepares the pot and the stove.

She washes the root crop properly then puts salt in the pot and water.

When the water is boiling she drops the root crop and puts the lid.

She can't stay here.

The smoke will attract a lot of unwanted people or beasts.

So after she cooked her meal, she threw the water out of the pot and put it back in her space bag.

She hurried to hide in a cave that looked safe.

After checking the surrounding, she takes out her pot that is still steaming root crop.

It doesn't look like a sweet potato because it is a bit harder.

It is closer to a cassava in that sense.

After eating one large size she hides the rest.

It is hard to come by with food so she has to save them.

Yue felt cold but she didn't light a fire.

If she does it will only bring more trouble than relief.

So she hugs herself and covers her with a blanket she wittily brought.

If she survives tonight then she can go to the sect finish line safe and sound.

She doesn't have to meet her doom.
