Chapter 5

Pinching the bridge of my nose, my right hand on my waist and my feet not stopping on walking on the whole room.

Shit! We are going to explore their kingdom? A kingdom full of vampires? I felt a really cold chill as I frustratingly halted on walking, my eyes turning to Linda whose looking at me with a weird and curious eyes.

“Are you okay, Princess?” she asked a bit hesitant. I widened my eyes and put both of my hands on my waist while facing her. I saw her stepped back. “Princess, Azalea?

“Linda! Do you think I’m okay?! We are going to roam the whole kingdom and there are so many vampires there!” her eyes widened.

“But you are also a vampire, Princess.” she calmly said. I groaned and brushed my hair up. Great! I forget the idea of me living as a vampire. Oh goodness, what an I gonna do? I grumpily sat on the bed and placed both my hands on my thighs.

“Shit.

“I’m sorry, Princess. I-I forgot that you have an amnesia.” she stuttered, I lifted my eyes on her, she looked so guilty!

I also forgot that. Tss. Now her eyes looked very determine as she try to speak again.

“Azalea Andie Crimson a vampire Princess from the Crimson Kingdom. You met an accident while you are traveling to the Dieu Kingdom. Now Princess, would you like to know more about yourself? I will gladly go to your kingdom and seek your identity from the maids there,” her long litany lit up something on my mind.

Would I like to know more about myself, the owner of the name rather? A small crook smile appeared on my lips as I glanced on Linda.

“I would love to, Linda. But let us bypass that thought for now.” she nodded, feeling satisfied at my answer. “I will ask you a question first, is that okay to you?

She nodded immediately. “It is my task to do as you told, Princess.

“Great!” I exclaimed and crossed my legs. “First, can vampires smell a human blood or flesh?

“Yes, Princess. We can sense if there is a human near us.

I felt nervous. Does that mean they can smell my blood?

“As of now, can you smell one?” I asked with a hint of panic.

My heart racing so fast and my lips quivering as I anticipated for her answer.

Linda wrinkled her nose before answering. “I can smell a bit of it, Princess. But not as strong as I smelled yesterday,”

I nodded. Phew! Okay...so my scent is not as strong as before? What happened? Whatever. Since she can’t smell it properly then I guess I don’t have to think much of it.

“Alright.

Her words kind of calmed my system. I looked at the close curtain and reached for it. Will their skin get burn if I try to open this? I took a glanced on Linda to see if she is going to prevent me from opening the blinds but she was just standing there, watching all my stupidity.

Slowly, I opened the curtains and the sun’s ray entered my whole room. I looked at Linda again to see if it affects her or something but she did not even flinched! What the hell!

“Uhm...what a sunny morning, right?” I laughed awkwardly and faced the window. Okay, I get it, I really am a curious bitch.

But hey! This place is amazing. The green tall trees is such a good sight. I suddenly feel excited upon knowing that we are going to roam the whole kingdom. Hmm. Maybe I should really trust them, huh? After all, they think I am that Princess. I shrugged and enjoy the whole view.

This kind of reminds me the beach beside our mansion. A silent knocked on the door made me turned behind. Linda looked at me apologetically.

“I am so sorry to disturbed you Princess but the Prince said you should get ready now,” I nodded on her even if she had not finished her line yet.

“Just wait here, I’m just gonna change,”

True enough, it took me a whole five minutes before I get to choose what to wear. Linda is still outside and is knocking on my door every now and then.

“Wait up!” I said while picking a strappy sandals. I partnered it with a white lacy dress. I opened the door and Linda eyed me. “Can you put my hair into braid?

She nodded as I sit on the vanity. “Wow, Princess you are so gorgeous, you looked like the lady of the light,” I blushed at her compliment.

Linda continue tying my hair into two braids and as she finished braiding, the door forcefully swung open, revealing an impatient beast.

I stood up and eyed myself on the mirror first before looking at him. Hades’ lips parting and his breathing becoming slow.

“I am so sorry Prince Rozimo but the Princess needed her hair to be braid,” Linda broke the silenced. Arching my brow at him, Hades put his lips on a grim line, his arms crossing and the veins there cording.

“Tss. Faster,” he demanded shortly like a king before storming out of the room. I heard Linda giggled as she looked at me.

“Princess, the Prince looked shock! He must have find you very beautiful,”

I smiled. That Prince is really impatient, Tss. “Let’s go?

She nodded. We walked down the long hallway with Linda not stopping her praises to me. We reached their huge receiving area and there sat Hades while pinching the bridge of his nose. He quickly stood when he saw us and hastily walked out of the door.

“Bye Princess,” Linda whispered, I nodded before smiling and following the brute vampire.

What the hell is his problem? I saw him standing beside a guy while stroking a white horse. My forehead knotted, I fastened my pace on getting down the stairs and quickly went to him.

Hades stopped talking on the guy and he looked at me while signaling the guy to vanished. Damn this hot vampire! I saw how everyone’s eyes darted on us, all of them bowing.

“Am I going to ride this horse?” I asked looking up on his face. He sarcastically arched his brows and looked at the horse before stroking its hair.

“We are going to ride this horse.
