Hugo felt hurt and angry as he knew that Ivy didn't trust him,he left the hotel and headed to his parents house. When he reached, his parents were surprised to see him as it was late.

“Hugo, are you okay” Eleanor asked. As soon as she was informed that her son was back she left her husband on the bed and rushed to meet him. Silvester silently followed his wife as he was angry that his son interrupted there time together stealing his wife from him.

“I was chased out from my hotel room” Hugo said sadly

“What did you do” Eleanor asked knowing that it might be a lovers quarrel.

Hugo told his mom everything that happened from the party till they reached the hotel suite.

“You stupid child.. she must have felt betrayed” Eleanor shouted hitting Hugo.

“What do you mean” Hugo asked confused.

“Well she just came out from a relationship where her boyfriend betrayed her and now you did the same thing ” Silvester told his son shaking his head.

“But I did not cheat on her”

“She doesn't know, so go apologize to her” Eleanor said chasing her son away from her house.

“Thank God he is gone” Silvester said happily.

“Don’t even think of being happy because nothing is happening between us tonight”

“Why did I do anything wrong”

“Yes, your son did”

“But am not my son. Honey please” Silvester pleaded.

“Okay but you have to heed to all my requests” Eleanor said giggling like a little girl.

“Of course. Don't I listen to you”

“let’s go” Eleanor said. Her husband dragging her to their room while hugging her.

Hugo heeded to his mom's advice and went back to the hotel buying flowers and chocolate to aid him in his pleading. When he walked to the bedroom he did not see anybody on the bed. Great anxiety held him as he felt that ivy had left him. He ran back to the living room, switched on the light, where he saw her on the chair facing the door fast asleep. She must not have heard him since he opened the door quietly.

Hugo picked her up, lying her on the bed covering her well.

“Hugo” Ivy called out holding his clothes as she thought that he wanted to leave.

“Are you awake” Hugo asked sitting on the bed

“Am sorry Ivy” Hugo apologized.

“For lying or what” Ivy asked quietly.

“For being insensitive towards your feelings”

“Okay” Ivy replied shifting her eyes away from his.

“And am not lying Ivy. We were never engaged. It was more like comments made by our parents when growing up. It never passed anything but that”

“Have you guys have sex ” ivy asked watching his facial expression

“Of course not but she did kiss me once”

The jealousy ivy was feeling left her surprised as even when she was with Eric she never cared about past flings.

“Yeah but I didn't have sexual feelings for women”

“What do you mean” Ivy asked sitting up.

“Before I met you I neither had sexual feelings for men nor women . No matter how beautiful they were.

“Oh ” Ivy said feeling grateful.

“So please trust me and forgive me” Hugo said moving closer to Ivy.

“I forgive you and for trust we would build it gradually” ivy said and kissed him.
