Chapter 31 Let's Have A Baby

They walked for a while and stepped into a small restaurant. She greeted the boss on the cahsier, "give me beef soup, no parsley."

"What do you want to eat? Although this shop looks very small and humble, the fried rice noodles and beef soup is really famous. In the past, when I can't sleep in the middle of the night, I often eat supper here."

She tilted her head and glanced at him, not feeling that she had made a mistake.

Before?

Yuri's eyes darkened, and his voice was so gentle that only he could hear it, "You couldn't sleep well?"

He thought that she only had an impression of this place because she came here once in a while, but he didn't expect her to ...

"Yes," She answered very softly. She had been sleepless all night long and had been so bad that she had lost her hair, but she was in a good mood at the time, and she didn't know why she was sleepless.

Without saying anything else, Joey looked around and found that there was still a vacant seat in the corner.

Yuri was worried, but he didn't know what to say.

Joey was used to it and sat down at the innermost square table. She was calm and natural as if she had been there thousands of times. However, when she looked at the back of the chair opposite her, her mind began to get confused. A part of her memory seemed to be missing. She really couldn't remember which part it was.

Yuri, who was holding disposable chopsticks, walked over and sat down.

Her thoughts snapped out of her head.

Soon, two bowls of beef soup were served.

"Joey, if you want to come here in the future, please let me know at any time." What he meant was that he was always there to accompany her. He tasted it and it was indeed breathtaking. Except for the shabby environment, he was willing to accompany her as long as she was willing and wanted to eat.

"You didn't take extra meal at night before." She looked at the beef soup he was drinking and blurted out.

After saying that, she was stunned, so did Yuri.

He remembered that when he first moved in together, he had social engagements every night, and after nine o 'clock in the evening, he never touched any food. However, she was worried that he would starve, so she was still used to cooking a pot of porridge and waiting for him silently.

She never tried to curry favor with him, nor did she try to comfort him with pleasant words. She hoped to warm his heart with every little consideration in her life.

In fact, recently, Yuri had noticed that with the recovery of his leg injury, Joey's memory became clearer and clearer. From time to time, a few words that made him speechless would pop up. He was worried that if this continued, would Joey still remember everything?

The walls of hearts that had been built for her were unsettled by her words.

He knew that day would come. After getting along with each other over the past few days, memories between them were so clear that it was definitely not just a dream.

However, did he really just watch her think of everything but leave him without looking back? That feeling must be like a thousand arrows piercing through one's heart. He didn't want to try!

"Joey, do you like children?" He was afraid that she would push him away again.

Actually, what he wanted to say was, Joey, let's have a child. They were already married and should have a child. However, the last time she was sleepwalking, he still remembered that she didn’t want to have a child.

"I like it." She was in a good mood and had a good attitude.

"I want to have a child with you." He didn't raise his voice and keep his head down, but his words threw a bomb into her head. She couldn't think anymore.

"Although I don't know what do you think of me now, but I do understand you need me doesn't mean you love me. However, I still want to tell you that I love you with all my heart and soul. I want to have baby with you and take good care of you and our baby. We can watch her grow up and we can live together until the end of our life."

Yuri stirred up the beef in the soup and said to Joey. Though this was not an ideal place for talking such a serious topic, he had to. If he didn't do it now, he would never get the chance.
