Ryder POV:

"I love you."

When I heard those words, I froze.

"What?" I asked surprised. I'm sure my face said it all.

"I.. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that." She replied before getting out of the hot tub.

I jumped out and ran after her.

"Lana, wait." I said and caught her at her bedroom door before she could close it behind her.

"Ryder, please. Just.."

I cut her off and smashed my lips onto hers.

I wrapped my arm around her waist, pushing her into her room and closed the door behind me.

I gently pushed Lana on the bed and got on top of her.

"I love you, baby." I whispered before kissing her again.

I finally got what I had been craving for years. All of her.

She slowly pulled her shirt over her head, keeping her eyes on mine.

She was teasing me, not that I wasn't enjoying the show, but my pants were suddenly a bit too tight.

I yanked my shirt over my head and threw it to the floor.

I rolled us over so she was straddling me and sat up to look at her.

"I love you." I repeated. "I love you, too." She said and kissed me hard.

I trailed kisses from her lips, to her jaw, and down to her neck.

I flipped us over and saw her smiling at me.

I couldn't help but smile back before trailing kisses down her body.

I reached the button of her pants and slowly undid the button and pulled the zipper down.

Lana let out a shaky breath as I pulled her pants off of her and threw them somewhere across the room.

"Hey, guys. What's.." I hurried to cover Lana when Kade walked in.

He then whistled loudly and laughed.

"About time, brother!"

"Get out!" I yelled angrily.

Fucking Kade. I was so damn close...

Lana POV:

I was so fucking embarrassed.

Here I was, about to have sex with my best friend, then Kade walks in.

I slowly walked into the kitchen.

I couldn't believe I was doing the walk of shame.

"Hungry?" Sarah asked when she saw me. "Sure." I mumbled.

"I guess we're even." Sarah said, winking at me. "Ugh!" I cried in frustration.

"I really didn't mean to ruin it, Lan." Kade said, slightly embarrassed himself. "It's fine." I said, trying to smile at him.

I soon saw Ryder walk into the kitchen as if nothing had happened a few moments before. That man had no shame, I swear.

Ryder POV:

The four of us were having dinner when my phone suddenly vibrated in my pocket.

Sam: Shipment was stolen.

I noticed that Samuel had sent the message as a group to Kade, Lane and I. Why just us?

"We have to go. Our shipment was stolen." I told Lana before giving her a quick kiss and rushing out the door with Kade.

Kade and I pulled up to the club house and saw that Lane had already shown up.

When we walked in, the house was oddly quiet.

"Boss?" I called out but got no answer.

Kade and I walked into Samuel's office and saw him tied to his office chair.

"Boss!" I said and rushed to his side.

He was trying to tell us something but I couldn't understand with the gag on. Before cutting the rope binding him, I pulled the gag away.

"The girls!"

Lana POV:

There was a knock on the door a while after Kade and Ryder had left.

"Back already?" Sarah asked me. I just shrugged and walked to the door.

When I opened the door I didn't see who I expected. He had a leather jacket with the ouroboros symbol on the sleeve.

I looked up to him and my eyes widened at his slightly crooked nose. The man from the sidewalk.

"Hello beautiful. Remember me?" He asked with a smirk.

"Sarah, ru-" My call was muffled by his hand.

I then saw the another man walk in behind him.

"Lana, what.." Sarah stood, frozen in terror as she saw the two men.

"Let her go. Please." She begged the man that was still holding me.

"Sorry, gorgeous. Orders from the boss to being you in." One man said stabbing a needle into Sarah's neck.

I tried to get out of the hold I was in when I felt a sting in my own neck. Then everything was dark.
