I got up in the morning with the usual irritating and screeching sound of my alarm clock. It was enough to give me a temporary headache every morning. But I had to bear with it, after all, it was a lifesaver for a sleepyhead like me.I got fresh up and got ready. Then went to the kitchen to make breakfast. My Zack loved pancakes made by me.I am Fiona Andrew and I am 19. Me and my little brother, Zack live in this house, our mom died five years ago. Our dad stays out of the town because of his job. He comes home every weekend."Hey, Zacky, Good morning. Get up, my baby." I said to his ear, stroking his hair. Jack didn't get up and moving towards me smuggled to my body. "Hey, big boy, get up. We will be late for school." I tickled him lightly."Mmm. Let me sleep Fio, ten minutes more." Jack mumbled in his sleep."Get up or I will eat all the pancakes, you will have to eat veg salad." saying to his ear, I lightly poked him in his belly. Flickering eyes for a few times, he opened his eyes and yawned."Really Fio? Pancakes? Why didn't called me earlier then?" He sat up pouting."It's okay. Pancakes are still warm. Now get fresh. I am getting the table ready." kissing his forehead I urged him to get down. He got down from the bed and entered washroom rubbing his eyes."Mmm. Fio, pancakes are delicious. You make the most delicious pancake in the world. Give me one more." I gave him one more."Choco syruppppp." I poured chocolate syrup on his pancakes. He was eating with his both hands. Fingers and areas around his mouth were smeared with chocolate syrup."Oh Zacky, stop eating like this. You have covered your face with chocolate syrup. Why don't you use the fork?" I took a napkin and wiped the mess from his mouth area.He just giggled. Oh, what am I gonna do with this kid!I got him ready and dropping him in his school, I reached my university.Oh no. I was ten minutes late.I entered the classroom, it was Mrs. Johnson's class. "We have a latecomer today, Ms. Andrew, why are you late?""I am sorry, it won't happen again," saying I sat in a vacant seat. I saw my boyfriend Dylan was sitting in the last row."Hey, come to my place tomorrow, I am arranging a small party," Dylan told me after the classes."Dylan, I can't. Zack has an exam the day after tomorrow. I need to prepare him for the exam. He has troubles with math." I declined."Ow." Dylan's face turned a bit gloomy."Baby, please don't be upset," I told him kissing on his cheek. He smiled and grabbing my waist kissed on my lips.I liked Dylan so much, he was so understanding and gentle. We are in a relationship for six months. He never forced me for physical relationship. We haven't done it yet. He told me that he will wait for me until I am ready for this. We have made out many times, but he was never aggressive. He was always loving and caring. As I had to take care of Zack, I could't hang out with him much or give him much time, but he never complained.I reached home and saw dad came home."Hey, dad. How are you? I missed you." I gave him a big hug."Dad is fine honey. Now tell me how are you? how is your study going?" Dad asked me."Fantastic dad. When did you come? Have you eaten anything? Oh no! We ran out of groceries. Dad, I almost forgot. Today is grocery day." I spoke out in a hurry."Relax, I have already made myself something before picking up Zack from school. And I will go to the superstore with you sweetie." Dad said."No, dad. You don't need to. You just come home for a day. Rest a bit." I inferred."No, sweetie. This time I have come to stay for many days. I am on a furlough. Today I want to cook for my kids." Dad said."Really Dad?" I shrieked in joy.I saw a Lamborghini car was parked in the superstore area. But it wasn't parked in the parking area. Strange.We went to superstore and bought a lot of things. Veggies, chicken, pork, tuna, cheese, pasta, noodles, milk, juice, flour."I am going to buy olive and yeast, Zack wanted to eat pizza. You take whatever you think we will need." Saying dad walked towards baking section.Suddenly my phone beeped. It was from Nina, my bestie.Come to my place, I am really upset:(' Had Breakup :(' Break up!What did she mean by break up? Did she really get rid of her cheater boyfriend? It would be a good news then. But she must be really upset. Today she didn't even go to school either. Now I understood why."Dad, I am going to stop by at Nina's house, you go with groceries. It's seemed something urgent. bye, dad." Saying bye to dad I ran out of the superstore."Hey, slow down kid, you will get hurt," Dad shouted.I hurriedly walked towards an alley near the superstore, it was a shortcut to Nina's home. I was walking then saw, three men were beating a man. One of them shot him at his chest, he flatly fell on the ground. Seeing this I was about to scream, but I covered my mouth and muffled my scream. Then without thinking anything, I ran. I ran like my life was dependent on it.Running out of the alley, I bumped into a wall and fell down on the floor. I got hurt in my arm. I got up and saw it was not a wall, rather was a person. A very tall, muscular and handsome person. But something was wrong with him. Every feature of him was screaming of danger. He was intimidating. He was looking at me in a very scrutinising way, without blinking once."Sorry, I didn't see where I was going. Really sorry." saying this I ran again.I saw dad was coming out the superstore carrying the groceries. I stopped in front of dad. "Dad please let's take a cab," I said holding dad's hand."But our house is close by. We don't need a cab. And weren't you going to Nina's place?" dad asked.I was panting hard. My heart was drumming like a crazy inside the rib cage. I was profusely sweating.Wiping sweat through my palm, I said to dad, "Dad, please take a cab. I am in danger.""What happened kiddo? Why are you looking so restless and scared like you have seen a ghost? And what danger? Are you okay?" Dad asked worriedly calling a cab. We got into the cab."Please drive as fast as possible." I urged the driver. He gave me a very strange and annoyed look. We reached our home and I noticed the Lamborghini that was parked in front of the superstore, ran very fast infront our house.Was it following us? Was it related to the killers?After reaching home, first I drank a glass of cold water. It helped me to calm my nerves. Then I told my dad everything. Dad told me not to go out of the house for a week, what if killers try to find me?Next morning I was sleeping extra, as I was supposed to stay at home. Dad was out for some work and Zack was in school.After one week I started my usual life. Thank God, there was no trouble. Nobody followed me. Except for dad, I didn't tell anyone about killing incident, not even Dylan or Nina. A month passed by in peace.I got a call for an interview from a designer clothing company where I sent my photographs. A few days ago I saw an advertisement that this brand needed new faces of young models. I gave it a try. They called and told me that I had to attend an interview to be hired. I told my dad about this, he wished me luck.I attended the interview and it went good. They decided to hire me. I signed a contract with them. I was so happy, so happy. I informed the good news to dad, Dylan, and Nina. They were also happy for me.As dad was here, he would pick up Zack from school. It had been many days since Dylan and I didn't go on a date. This evening Dylan wanted to take me to a club. We had a lot of fun, we drank, we danced together. We both were a bit drunk. We went to the parking area and got into his car. Suddenly Dylan kissed me on my lips, I also responded by kissing him back. Pulling me by my waist he was kissing me hard with passion. His tongue hit my teeth seeking entrance. I let him in. He kissed me with love and passion. His one hand was on my shoulder and another was roaming in my waist and chest area. I slightly moaned. I pulled away and he let go. Our kiss turned into a heated makeout session.Next day I got a call from the company that I had a photo shoot. I was really excited for my first photo shoot. This photo shoot was for summer dresses collection. Except me, there were more 8 models. They were also newly hired. As I didn't have any experience before the camera, I was quite nervous. I had to give several trials for every single photo. But the photographer was really nice and helped me. I posed in short shorts, tank tops, and sundresses. I was nervous but the photographer assured me that photos would be nice.I went to a shopping mall with Nina after my photo shoot. I told her about my first experience of posing before a camera. She stayed at my place and we gossipped a lot.Next day Dylan dropped me home in his car after university. I saw a black car was following us.A few days later our summer vacation started. I was enjoying my days reading books, relaxing at home, cooking new dishes.One day Nina called me."Hey, have you seen this month's Elegance magazine?" She practically shrieked."Hey, voice down. I haven't seen it yet. why?" I asked."It published your photo, in 17th page." She squealed."Really?" this time I squealed. I ran to the super shop and bought a copy of 'Elegance'. I was really happy seeing my own image in the magazine. I was looking so pretty in a short and a t-shirt. I showed my pic to dad. He said he was very proud of me. Me, Zack and dad went for dinner in a restaurant to celebrate. Dad drove back home and I again saw a black car was following. It really annoyed me.Was someone really following me or it was my suspicion?Third person's POV:Holding the magazine, he was looking at her picture keenly.So beautiful.Her every feature was perfect. She was perfect from head to toe. Sikly hair, smooth pale skin, long legs, thin waist, full chest, small face, doe like big eyes, red lips.He licked his lips. Just looking at her picture made him hard.He remembered something. A sudden rage engulfed his mind. Tearing the page from the magazine, he crumpled it without any mercy and threw it away.It was a shame that a beautiful picture was nothing but a crumpled piece of trash. He set it on fire. Soon, it turned into ash without leaving any trace of it's previous form.Soon, very soon, just like the crumpled paper, the beauty will turn into ash.It's a shame that a beauty like her will pay for what she has never done. I will burn her, break her, crush her and turn her into into ash. An unrecognizable form. Soon my dream of revenge is gonna fulfilled.He smirked at the thought.He was going to enjoy every bit of the torture. Just thinking about it, a new current of excitement ran through his whole body.He laughed out loud like a sick psycho.
