The Mafia's Desire

Chapter 1 - Kidnapped

Chapter 1 : Kidnapped

Hanna

"Okay, mommy, I'm going to go now. Say dad to pick me up before 11 and if he doesn't come then I'm going to die by the hands of a murderer!" I exclaimed as I kissed my mother's cute and chubby cheeks. She shivered and pushed me back.

"Don't ever say that!" She exclaimed out of fear like it was actually going to happen. I laughed and calmed her down.

"No one is ever going to murder me," I whispered as I hugged her tightly.

"Okay, go now, your class is going to start." She ordered as she pushed me out of the house. I sighed and walked onto the wet streets of Ostrich. It was gently drizzling but nothing to severe. I had my ballet classes from 9-10 but I was already running late, I took too much time to get ready.

My mother back home was cooking dinner and it smelled delicious, I knew I was going to miss it. My father worked till 10 PM and he'd only get free after that. It would take him at least a few minutes to come to my ballet classes so that's why I told my mother to pick me up before 11.

Because after that all the monsters come out.

I stopped by a supermarket which was near a petrol station, I grabbed a few chocolates and continued my path towards the ballet classes. It was pitch black here because I was walking on the corner of an empty park.

To be on the safe side, I looked around everywhere to make sure no one was following me but suddenly I noticed a black colored van approaching me. I tried to rush forward but it stopped right in front of me.

I backed away as the door opened and two men walked out. The two similar men who always came to my house to threaten or talk to my father. My heart was crawling up to my throat and I was unable to breathe.

I put my hands forward out in defense. They didn't have a good friendship with my father. I don't know what issues they had, but it seems horrible.

"What do you want?" I whispered and asked. If they were going to harm me, my father would kill them and if they were going to threaten me, he was still going to kill them.

One of the men, wearing a black leather jacket bought his fingers up to his lips and he smirked at me while studying my body from up to down.

"You, babygirl. It's time we take you," The man said as he came closer with another man. They both were pretty average looking but terrifying.

"Me? Where?" I asked as I stepped back from them. I gulped and looked around to see which direction to run.

Right before I could make my shot, a tug on my wrist stopped me, something was injected in my vein and I dropped down on a poodle of rain water.

"To our master,"

And I passed out after that.

My eyes opened after a very long time, I knew it because I saw way too many nightmares but I didn't knew that the reality was more horrible. I groaned and tried to move my hand up to my eyes so I could rub them. Unfortunately, something held my hands back and everything else was dark, not pitch-Black. I could still make out things of where I was.

"Hello?" I whispered as my eyes dashed across the cell I was thrown inside. It seemed like a prison, they were real metal bars in front of me and a small bed inside the cell. Beside the bed there was a small table.

I moved forward, trying to get up but I failed again. My heart beat aced quickly and I turned my head back to find out that my hands were chained to the wall and one of my legs were chained to another wall. I could move my legs but I could move further because the chains restricted me.

I felt weak and hungry, I wasn't able to struggle with the chains so I started screaming and sobbing.

"Help me, please," I begged after numerous cries. The voice of a door opening echoed inside the room where the cell was. There was no source of light or anything. They was another cell in front of me but there was no one inside it.

My eyes widened in shock and I screamed when I saw blood inside the empty cell in front of me.

And a scary looking man approaching me with his other men behind him.

My scream came to an end when I watched three men enter inside the cell I was chained up inside. All the horrible thoughts went down my head as I saw each one of their scary faces. They all looked terrifying equally. They were two men with guns wrapped around their fingers, they both were standing behind a man who was looking straight into my eyes. He had a scary face, his jaw was clenched, the veins on his neck were popping, he had a straight face with no emotions in them.

"Who's this?" The man asked in a very deep, dominating tone to the other two men.

"Your revenge, master." One of the two men smiled and responded. They both too had a wicked look on their face.

"What do you mean?" The man supposedly known as master asked the other two men.

"She's Hanna Wilson, daughter of Lewis Wilson and your father requested me to get her to you. And we did!" The man exclaimed. My jaw dropped down when I realized that I was kidnapped and they probably knew everything about me. They even knew my father's name but what did they have to do with my father?

The 'master' turned around to me, the expression on his face changed, his lips curved up a bit and he leaned his hand down to my hand. He tugged it and I let out a fearful gasp.

"Perfect," He whispered as he looked into my eyes which were boomerang with endless tears. A moment passed by and his wicked eyes moved away. He let go of my hair and walked closer to the exit with the other two guards.

"Please, I want to go home." I croaked out in a very deep and hoarse voice which barely made it to my ears. The man stopped, motioned the other two men to leave and they left. He then turned around to me.

"You want to go?" He questioned. Unsure of his evil intentions, I nodded my head. I wanted to go home. This place was making me feel sick and the blood smeared in front of my cell was sending shivers down my spine.

His hand came down and he wrapped it around my face. His fingers pushed inside my cubby cheeks and he pulled my face closer to his.

"Oh darling, you aren't going anywhere." He whispered. A tear slipped out of my eyes when he said that. "So stop dreaming,"

"What do you want from me?" I asked with broken sobs lingering inside my tone.

The man stopped talking and he thought for a very long minute. The look on his face seemed like he was trying to get an answer to my question.

"A lot of things, can't go in details. Go get some rest because you won't be getting after today," The man stated as he stood back up straight. Right before he could turn around, I stopped him.

"I want to go home, please. I'll do anything, I just want to go home back, I won't tell anyone! I promise!" I cried.

The man folded his hand across his chest and he gave me a glaring look. He sighed before replying to me, "No one is going home and go off, sleep or I'll find another way to shut your pretty mouth up."

I immediately slammed my lips against each other and didn't make another sound. The way he spoke and looked at me terrified me. I could see hate and blood in his eyes for me.

"That's like a good girl," He smiled before walking away from the cell. The door outside the cell opened and closed. Suddenly, everything went silence again.

I cradled my body very close to me and looked around with fear storming inside my eyes.

"Someone please help me!" I screamed. The hair on my flesh was rising up, my heart was beating out of my chest and I was continually sobbing. I couldn't stop thinking about all the bad things that could happen to me inside this cell.

What if they are monsters inside this cell? Witches? Ghosts? Souls?

I closed my eyes and tried to calm my self down. I tried to sleep but I just couldn't. The sleep never came to me and I just laid down on the hard metal ground and sobbed for the rest of the night. There was window on the corner of the cell and I could see that it was the middle of the night.

I often screamed and cried for help but no one came to me, no one helped me. Why was everyone cruel? I didn't do anything. Why are they even keeping me here? I just wanted to go back to mommy and daddy.

My stomach was grumbling with hunger and my eyes were dropping down heavily. Soon, I fell asleep hoping that I would wake up tomorrow morning in my own bed.

A painful kick on my stomach caught me off guard and I jolted up from my peaceful sleep, my eyes opened and I groaned. My wrists struggled to clutch my stomach but they were tied to the metal chains and that's when I knew that I wasn't back in my own bed. My eyes dashed across the cell and landed upon a woman who was standing in front of me.

"Get up!" She exclaimed in a very mean tone. I fisted my hands together as the ache in my stomach rose. I got up from the cold ground and moved back to the wall.

The woman seemed like she was in her mid 30's, she was wearing a dress and above that she was wearing an apron. I assumed that she was a maid. She placed a tray of food in front of me and then got back up to leave the cell.

Until now, I didn't realize how disgusting this place smelled like. The scent of rotten blood and flesh reached up to my nostrils; I just wanted to puke my guts out. The hunger inside me rose as I stared at the food and water in front of me.

"Eat," She ordered before leaving the cell.

"Wait!" I croaked out. "My hands? How am I supposed to eat?" I questioned as I pointed at my hands which were chained up to the wall.

The woman sighed; she came back inside and kneeled down to my hands. My lips curved up into a smile when the chains came off my hand.

"Don't think about running away because there is no way out of hell," The woman smiled before leaving the room. Once she was out of my sight, I immediately pulled my hands in front of me and rubbed them. They were black and blue bruises on my wrist and it was aching terribly. I got up and dragged my body towards the sink, I washed my hands with the cold chilling water and looked up at that window.

I moved a step forward to see what was outside but the chains on my legs restrained me. They were attached to the wall so I could only move till a very small distance. I sat back down in front of the food and started devouring every bit of it.

It almost felt like finding water in a dry desert. I ate every last bit of the food that was provided to me. Once I was done eating, I sat back and rested for someone to come so I can run away or something. My mind was still blank; I didn't know why I was here or why I was kidnapped but I knew one thing and that was, these men weren't good and they were somehow related to my father.

I started crying by remembering my parents and my school friends. I was just going to the ballet class. I would have been enjoying and partying rather than rotting here. My cries soon began to turn into sobs. From the small window, I could see that it was morning. I didn't know for how long was I here and what date was today.

I needed to do something.

After some while, the same woman from earlier came inside the cell again. Without saying anything, she picked up the empty tray and was about to leave when I stopped her.

"I want to go home, why are you keeping me here? I didn't do anything," I cried. It felt like I was locked up in prison for something I didn't even do anything. I am sure I never did anything bad in my life. To what it seemed like, the men that I had seen earlier were part of an organization or some gang because no one has a huge cell like this and no one had blood smeared in one of them. Maybe they were murderers, or killers.

But why me?

"Because you have done something bad that's why you are here," She sighed and then turned around to me. "Master has never bought a female so if he has gotten you then it must be for a very horrible reason," She added. Her words send shivers down my spine. Were they going to kill me?

"But I didn't do anything, I never harmed anyone," I sobbed loudly. "Are you going to kill me?" I asked.

She laughed and replied, "Well, I am not but maybe the master will, who knows!"

"What master? Who are you talking about? Please, I want to go home, I didn't do anything. Please let me go," I begged and she walked out of my cell.

She locked the cell door and threw the keys inside her pocket. I got up from the ground and hurried towards the door but I couldn't reach it, the chain on my leg restrained me once again.

"Please!" I screamed as I watched her leave me alone in complete darkness once again. I dropped down on the center and continued to cry. I tugged on my leg again and again but the chain was too hard and it just caused me pain. The flesh around the chain was red swollen and it was causing me immense pain. I placed my hand on it and tried to reduce the pain but it didn't work. I wanted the chains of my body.

My heart jumped out of my chest when the main door was slammed open. I turned my head around to see the same man that I had seen earlier come inside the room and towards my cell with a daunting look on his face.
