Life really has a way of tricking us into believing a happy ever after story. I can’t blame it though. It has been a tradition for a bedtime story to have the best ending it could have. Honestly, I was drawn to these happy endings when I was a kid. All because I have the perfect mom and dad who always make sure to give me the best moments of my life. Or so I thought. Everything suddenly falls out when a mysteriously miserable night changes everything I believed in.

Some group of people entered our home and fought with my parents. I saw everything that happened that night and for some reason a strange light seems to be protecting me from being seen by the perpetrators. I survived that night but my parents are nowhere to be found.

That was 10 years ago. For a decade, I’ve spent my life looking for answers. And now, someone told me I happen to have a second home. Would I be able to find what I’m looking for? Or be entangled to yet another mystery?
