Heal Me, My Poison Lord

Chapter 1 Her Heart Was Vicious

"Um... Um..."

The sound of weak moaning came from the curtain. Hong Jin clenched her teeth and endured the tearing pain, but she tightly held the man in front of her and refused to let go.

"Ha, how despicable!"

The man's mocking tone made Hong Jin's cheeks redden. Her misty eyes suddenly opened. She was still breathing heavily, but she did not know how to respond.

"Bad news, your highness! Her highness was vomiting blood..."

An anxious shout came from outside the door. Nie Cangming's facial expression changed slightly, and he left Hong Jin in a split second and walked twards the door.

The heat on her body instantly disappeared. Hong Jin felt a pain in her heart. She covered her body with the blanket with all her might and grabbed his sleeve.

"Elder Brother Ming, please don't go..."

The man's face suddenly turned cold and his black eyes and eyebrows seemed to be covered with frost. His hand gradually pulled her five fingers apart from his sleeves and his thin lips parted slightly, "Hong Jin, don't forget what you promised me."

Hong Jin was shocked by his icy cold tone.

Her entire body could not help but shiver as the last bit of warmth in her heart subsided.

She originally thought that he would belong to her if she got so close to this man, but she did not expect that everything was just her wishful thinking.

"Hurry up, I don't want to rush you again!"

Hong Jin was a little afraid of him. Her emaciated body shivered a little and then she started to dress herself in silence.

However, before she could put on her dress, someone grabbed her wrist and dragged her out.

It was snowing outside.

The cold wind was bone-chilling. She was only wearing a thin inner garment. Every time the wind blew, the coldness would make her wound on the arm hurt.

When he was about to reach the room, he heard a sound of broken porcelain ware. Nie Cangming rushed into the room. A woman in yellow was lying on the ground. He immediately ran over and picked her up.

"Yun'er, are you okay? Sorry, I'm late!"

Nie Cangming's voice was full of guilt as he carried the woman in yellow in his arms and stood up. The woman shook her head and there was blood on the corners of her mouth.

Her exquisite and beautiful face was bloodless.

Her voice was like a oriole, hoarse but very pleasant, "I'm fine. The servants are just making a fuss. It's so late. I shouldn't have disturbed you."

Hong Jin felt as if her entire body was frozen.

She looked at her husband, who was standing in the room. He was holding another woman in his arms and whispering softly. She felt the corner of her eyes ache so much.

She raised her head and held back her tears to avoid losing face in front of the woman who looked like her.

She didn't dare to blink, and even didn't dare to make any sound of footsteps as she entered the room.

"Hong Jin!"

A sharp shout came from behind the curtain. Hong Jin was startled and her mind went blank for a moment.

In the blink of an eye, she saw the man who had just entered the inner room rushing out with big strides. His eyebrows knitted into a knot as he grabbed her arm.

Ah... It hurts.

Her injured arm was grabbed mercilessly by him. She could feel the pain immediately, stirring all her senses.

However, she dared not make a sound because she knew that men hated the way she cried.

Nie Cangming's voice was filled with hatred. "Didn' t you say that Yun'er would recover? Why is she even sicker than before? Did you do something to her?"

Hong Jin raised her head in surprise and looked at those eyes that seemed to be emmitting fire.

"I didn't expect you to be so vicious!"
