I woke up then everybody was panicking. There were other soldiers outside the window handing weapons from one hand to another. Then I just stood up and got myself a glass of water.

“What is going on?” I said and gulped.

“They’re coming. Their spies spotted the hideout and we need to get ready.” Reuel answered and filled his rifle with ammo. That got me realized of what had happened back there at the river by the moment I heard heartbeats.

“What? How the f-“ I butted in and cut by.

“Ah shit, KC! Don’t react like you did nothing. You are the reason they have spotted us down here. If you can just listen to our commands, we won’t be at stake!” Efren cut. “And I heard that there’s been a report that there are spies who followed you and that lunatic all the way here.”

“Wait, what the fuck?! EXCUSE ME!” I said in a sassiest way as possible. “Our lives WERE at stake since they have entered, you asshole! Don’t blame it all on me. You, too, got flaws on your no good commands. You’re getting all of us killed back there and you fuckers just hide all the way down here?” I replied back and got myself again a glass of water. “Now, explain to me why you dickheads kept us at that wretched place.”

I fucking didn’t get a reasonable response from anyone of them. Great!

I stood at the door and Celeste, the woman soldier, handed me a pistol with a silencer. “Here bitch. This might save your ass today.”

“BEHIND THE HEDGES! 2 O’CLOCK!” I heard our troops yelling at each other, pointing which target they’re into.

As I was about to drink, loud gun shots butted in.

“Fuck! Take cover!” Jershua, their medic yelled.

But I didn’t panic like hell. I just stood there like nothing’s happening wrong. If you can remember that blonde meme girl in the car, I kinda have that face right now.

Then…

*Loud explosion*

“Another grenade!” Shouted by a German troop outside and I clearly heard his funny accent.

The glass I was holding slipped…

However, I haven’t heard any shattering sound as a sign that it dropped against the ground.

I looked down and… I just saw the glass I held a while ago floating. THAT FUCKING GLASS WAS REALLY FLOATING.

“I-It floats?” I murmured.

“How the f-… Freaking marmalade! You can control things?” Reuel yelled his ass out.

“Is this the effect of that virus? But, this is too impossible! Like how?” I couldn’t believe this was really happening. I shouldn’t be over exaggerating things but this shit was too good to be true.

The sizzling sound of the rifle began to make me lose my hearing. It’s just too deafening. But if this ability of mine would help us all here, maybe it’d be worth helping. I don’t want to depend on useless people.

I began doing gestures by the use of my hands; I really felt it as if I’m really moving something. I didn’t know if this was called telekinesis. So, from the window pane, I saw the rushing water from the river rising up deliberately.

*Splash* *Shrieks from the soldiers who fell down from the waterfall*

“FUCK YOU FILIPINOS! Come out and show your asses here!” A man with lots of pins on his military uniform yelled. It seemed that he’s their forerunner. HE’S THE GENERAL!

“Aw man.” Celeste added when she saw the man walking furiously towards the warehouse and started banging at the door.

“You know what to do.” The man commanded his comrades.

Not a little while, the door slammed right in front of me. I was trampled right down on the ground. It made me hit my head so hard and got me unconscious.

Them… Everyone’s cornered.

(Inside the warehouse)

“So we finally made it. Nice seeing you assholes again.” The man said, bathing in fresh water and sweat.

“Say, what do you fucking want?” Efren replied, pointed his Uzi at him.

“Where are the biologists? TELL ME!” He said while making his team surround the place.

Then the man unintentionally stepped on a little foot wearing a sandal. He saw how little it was, he’s laughing at the fact that it almost looked like a child’s foot.

“Wait. Remove that door.” He commanded and one of his men removed the door over that mysterious foot. The woman in white lab coat appeared right in front of him unconscious.

“Bingo.” Smiled evilly and laughed. “What an easy job! Thank you for this girl’s little foot.”

“GO FUCKING STAY AWAY FROM HER!” Reuel shouted from the depths of his soul. His tears began to wet his face along with his bloody sweat.

“Take her. Let’s go.” And began to walk his way chuckling outside the warehouse.

The Filipino troops tried to stop them however; they were bounded by half a hundred of Germans.

(Inside the military car)

I just woke up sitting down beside a good-looking German. By good-looking he was, the dirty-handed he was. I could barely move a muscle and my head hurt real bad.

The place where we were riding in was just so… familiar. We entered a gate and the window on the other side slightly opened.

“Where’s dad? I needed him for a one-on-one meeting.”

I heard his voice then the window closed. Then the ride stopped after it parked and the door opened wide.

I felt him grab me and carry me outside. I saw the place. A school rather, our school, but almost all of its parts were demolished, ruined.

We entered a dark room and he let me down lying on the cold floor.

I saw… Women… They were covering their body. They seem, naked. Their clothes were ripped as if they were abused or something. What the heck was this? Why’d he lock me in here?

I just heard the door slammed shut. And my head felt heavy until I lost consciousness.
