Athena, also referred to as Athene, Pallas Athena, Pallas Atene, the "Silver-eyed" Virgin Goddess of many things, such as Goddess of wisdom, courage, inspiration, civilization, law and justice, strategic warfare, mathematics, strength, strategy, the arts, crafts, and skill. She was known most specifically for her strategic skill in warfare and is often portrayed as companion of heroes and the patron goddess of heroic endeavour. Several creations of her are the Owl bird and Olive Tree.

Goddess Athena was born directly from Zeus. After he experienced an headache and wherein she sprang fully grown. Her annual feast is Panathenaea, which was celebrated annually at Athens.

The sacred image of Athena, a wood statue called the Palladium, protected the Trojans as long as they had it.
