Livia's POV

"Stop calling yourself hot. The only thing you can turn on is the microwave" I smirk at my brother.

"I'm sure you brains feel as good as new seeing that you never use it" he roasted back.

"I'd give you a nasty look but you've already got one" I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, keep rolling your eyes, maybe you'll find a brain back there" This time it was his turn to smirk.

"Well look at you, I'm pretty sure Darwin was right"

"Were you held back a grade?Two?"

"Its scary to think that people like you are allowed to vote" he rolled his eyes.

"I could get a bowl of alphabet soup and shit out a better comeback than that" I glared at him.

"How long did it take you-"

"OK, OK that's enough" My mom sighs "You two have got to give it a grip. I'm not making any of them anymore" she chuckles.

Levi and I are fight about what we're gonna eat for dinner today. Our mom asked weather we want macaroni or spaghetti.

I wanted macaroni but Levi wanted spaghetti.

Which is why we started fighting. It first started off with a simple,

"Spaghetti" Alex shouted.

"No macaroni"

"No spaghetti"

Then we started roasting each other.

"Awwww" I pouted "This is all your fault, if you had agreed that we take macaroni then we would have had it" I crossed my arms on my chest.

"Mine?" He pointed at himself "Puhlees its your fault. You should have agreed to spaghetti" He also crossed his arms.

"No its yours. You're so annoying" I scoff

"Says the most annoying girl on earth"

"You need a serious plastic surgery" I stuck my tongue at him.

"Think before you talk. Do you even listen to what comes out of your mouth"

"Its my opinion that you never think at all" I shake my head.

"I've never seen anybody that looks stupider than you"

"Stupider doesn't even exis-" I started.

"Shut it" Our dad shouted making both of us shut up "You" he said pointing at me "Are a little goose" Then he turns to Alex "And you" He shake his head in disbelief "You're just really very dull. Now you both go to you rooms and don't come out till you are called for dinner understood?" We both nod and made our way up the stairs.

"Happy?" I whisper to him.

"I should be asking you that"

"Did I not just tell you both to shut it?" Dad shouted again making both of us run faster into the room.

I entered my room and there was Ace sitting on my bed.

I know I should be surprised that's a guy is sitting in my room and I wasn't even there, but nope. I'm used to that.

He always sneaks up in my room from the window. Trust me, the first time he did that, I almost killed him by pushing him out the window.

Ace and I have a fair relationship. We are childhood friends and grew up together but stopped hanging out in public when we reached highschool and he got popular.

We are never seen together in the school.

"Well I expected your dad to send you to your room" He chuckled

"So you're finally done playing dumb huh" I smirked then walk to my study table and sat then turn the chair round.

"Playing dumb?" He frowns.

"Really? You're still playing the dumb game. Knock it off, I already know" I sigh and rub my temples.

"How am I acting dumb?"

"Ace, you came to the mall today and mistakenly bump into me then told me your name is Alec Philip. Then you made a fake Alec Philip Facebook account and messaged me, but what u didn't think about is that, you didn't change your pic or close your face idiot" I laughed

"I didn't do anything like that. In fact I was with my family the whole day. Remember Emma couldn't go to the mall with you guys cause we had a family lunch" He stated "Unless I have a twin"

We both stare at each other for a few seconds before drifting to laughter.

"Ladies and gentlemen that is the best joke ever" I laughed harder.

Every time I look at his face, in laugh more.

My stomach started paining and then instead of laughing, I started coughing.

"Liv, you OK" He asked.

"Yeah I'm OK... That's why I'm... I'm coughing... So badly" I sarcastically replied.

"Quit being sarcastic and tell me where your inhaler is" He scolded and I pointed to my left side drawer. He ran there and brought my inhaler then help me inhale it.

After that, he helped me up but then I almost fell but he caught me and hugged me.

"Liv are you oooooohhhhh" Alex barges into the room but then makes a turn to go out after seeing Ace hugging me.

"Lev wait" Ace shouted.

He stopped his tracks and turns "Sorry for interrupting you moment. I'll just go" He says and was about to turn again but this time I stopped him.

"You didn't interrupt anything. He was just helping me cause I started coughing" I said.

"By hugging you" he grumbles under his breadth but I heard him "Anyways" he clapped his hands "I only came here to check if you're OK and seems like you are so bye" He walked out and closed the door.

"You're OK right" Ace asked once again and I nodded.

"Anyways, why did you send me the message? It was just so dumb" I asked.

"I'm telling you, I didn't send you any message. Lemme see it" He said and stretch his hands to take my phone.

I took out my phone from my pocket and showed him the message.

He inspected for a while then turn to me. "That's weird. It's me in the pics but I do not remember taking pictures in these locations. Or any picture like this. This must be fraud" He said and then change his voice "You're being catfished woman"

"Dinner is ready" my mom announced.

"You may go" he nodded to me and I nod back then went down for dinner.

After dinner, I helped mom clean up then went back to my room.

Ace fell asleep on my bed already.

He's looking so hot. I went over and sat on the other side of the bed.

I took the moment to admire him without rising his ego..

Ace is a really great guy, but popularity changed him. I had a crush on him for a long time but it died down as time passed.

"I know I'm hot but you have to stop that, it freaks me out" He said making me jump.

"You" I pointed at him "Hot? Lol you look like a tomato which got smashed by a hippopotamus"

He sat up and chuckled "That doesn't even make sense"

His hair was messed making him look hot. Really hot.

"Yes it does" I argued.

"Does not"

"Does to"

That way, another roasting battle started till we both fell asleep.
