Ashutosh PoV:

I went home and called mom and dad. They reached home and I told everything to them.

"Let's talk to her father" dad said.

"But dad, I don't think he will understand"

"If that's the case, then marry her Ashu" mom said.

"Mom, Rudrani is not in a position to believe any man right now. I need to make her love me first"

"Ashu, now you should think maturedly. Marry her by offering more money than that professor" dad said

"Dad, how can I buy her? She is a human with feelings, not a thing. If I do that, what will be the difference between me and that professor? She will never forgive me if I do this" I asked shockingly.

"Ashu, you are doing this to save her. She will understand" mom said to me.

I didn't speak anything.

"Ok, tell us if you have any better solution than this?"

"I don't have any. Can't we stop this marriage by any other way?"

"Ashu, we can stop marriage with the help of police too through our NGO. But, we don't have any other way to save her from the hell she is facing right now. If she comes to our home, we can make her feel better with our love and affection. She needs someone who understands her and makes her trust that whatever happens that one person never leaves her hand" mom said to me. 

I am convinced with mom's words. I want to give her all the happiness in the world. If she is with me at home and hospital, I can do whatever is necessary for her happiness. I liked the idea of keeping her happy every second through this marriage. I hope my love won't misunderstand me for this, fingers crossed.

In the evening, we went to her house. Rudrani is at home. She looked at us surprisingly. I smiled at her but she ignored me.

"Madam and sir, what a pleasant surprise, please come in" she said hiding her tension which I recognised.

"Rudrani, we want to talk to your parents" dad said.

She nodded. She called her parents. I felt to use my kick boxing art on her dad, but mom stopped me.

"Our son Ashutosh love your daughter Rudrani. We have no objection, so we came here to talk about their marriage.

We are doctors and Ashu is final year MBBS student. We assure you that your daughter will be very happy in our family" mom said.

Rudrani looked at me. I think she want to use same kick boxing skills on me. God, this is so embarrassing and awkward.

"Look madam, I already her marriage with someone else. I can't agree for this marriage" her dad said.

I controlled my anger though I felt to punch him.

"I will give you 15 lakhs" I said and her dad face brightened up.

"Then I have no objection for this marriage" he said.

"Let the marriage happen in a registrar office within two days" I said as I didn't want her to stay in that house and with that people anymore.

"Sure" her dad said.

"Dad, what are you saying. I am a human. Why are you selling me like this? Please dad, don't do this. I can't marry him" My love said with tears.

Her dad tried to slap her but I stopped him. I then went near to her and pinned her to the wall.

"I love you Rudrani. I want to marry you" I said to her.

"I hate you"

"No problem. You will love me after marriage" I said and mom gave 15 lakhs to her dad.

"You feelingless person!  Why are you torturing me like this.  I don't want to marry you!  I don't want to marry only!  God!  For heaven sake leave me alone and let me be. I've had enough in life and I don't want to start any such relationship that will bring only pain" She yelled on my face.

For a second I felt like crying. I want to hug her and assure her that I am going to keep her happy and loved.

" No worries love,  I have not come here to take a No as an answer. I will take you home in 2 days. Be ready." I said playfully and kissed on her cheek and left.

I felt extremely bad seeing her tears and understanding her fears. I just hope these 2days fly off quickly and I will take her home and get all the happiness of the world at her feet.

After two days, we got married in a registrar office. We reached our home together. I held her hand and she tried to free it from my grip but I held it tight.

Now my angel is in my home as my wife. From now, I will try my best to keep tears away from her. It's night and I am about to go to room but mom stopped me.

"Ashu, try understanding her first. Give her time to trust you. Be patient with her as she will be angry with us for offering money to her dad" mom said to me.

I nodded and after going upstairs, dad stopped me.

"Ashu, you both are studying. We got both of you married only to save her from that hell. But don't ever divert her from her goal. Be careful and let her trust and love you first" dad said.

I smiled. Wonderful parents. They care a lot about their daughter in law. They are not worried about heir or anything but are concerned about her. I went to my room and opened it. She sat on my bed where her face was covered.

Rudrani PoV:

I was hell shocked feeling his soft lips on my cheek. Till now I never allowed even my mom to touch my face after the attack. I felt violated and wanted to run off to my room but Prerna Madam came to me.

" Dear Rudrani,  I know it's tough for you to take such a decision. Please don't worry and think too much. Am actually very happy that you are going to be my daughter in law. Ashu is very different from what you think. When he said he loves you, I've seen the purity of love in his eyes. I am eagerly waiting to take you home. Actually I want to take you now itself." she said making me chuckle. I just nodded with a smile and left from there. 

"Love my foot! I know such type of guys who show something else to their mom and do something else.  Such double minded actors they are. He is one of them.  I hate it so much!  I do t want to marry. What if he sees me without my scarf?  He will leave me for sure. But he gave 15lakhs, what does he want from me?  Revenge for talking to him rudely before his friends?  Can I really get any love of a husband?" I spoke to myself in front of the mirror touching the place where he kissed as tears just flowed.

After 2 days, I got married to him. It's night time and officially it's my first night. I am shivering and unknown fear occupied me. What will he do now? Is he going to leave me seeing my face? Why did he marry me when he loves his friend?

I heard door opening sound and held both my hands tight. He closed the door and sat beside me. Sweat was forming on my forehead and soon an unknown fear occupied my entire body. I felt a kind of nervousness. He placed his hand on mine. I removed it immediately. He looked at me and smiled.

Ashutosh PoV:

I placed my hand on her hand and she took away her hand immediately. I think she is a lot more nervous than me. I smiled looking at her. I touched her mask.

"Shall I?" I asked showing her scarf.

I took her silence as nod and removed her mask. I observed her face. For the first time, I saw her face. She is beautiful to me. But, remembering the physical and emotional pain that she went through because of that incident, I closed my eyes for few minutes.

No, I shouldn't become weak because I must be her strength. I held her hand and placed soft kiss. But she took away her hand and her face showed uncomfortable expressions.

"Don't worry my love. I am not going to do anything. We will take everything slow. Take your time. Meanwhile, let's develop understanding between us" I said slowly.

"I already understood a lot about you"

"Oh yeah?! What did you understand about me my dear sweet wife?" I asked smiling.

"You are a cheater who plays with lives of girls. You don't even know the heart of a girl and can never understand her feelings. I told you so many times that I don't love you and I know you don't love me too.

But still, Just to satisfy your male ego and as you can't accept a No, you married me. You married me to prove my helplessness. I know you want to torture me and leave me. Then, you will marry your friend after spoiling my life" she said making my head spin.

Did she really think that I am that good at plotting? I looked at her widening my eyes.

"Till now I didn't have all these ideas but it sounds good. Let me follow your ideas as I want to fulfill every wish of my wife" I said.

"Enough, don't make fun of everything Mr.Ashutosh"

"Rudrani, let me speak too. I don't have any such intentions. I really love you" I said genuinely.

"Enough Ashutosh. If you really loved me then, how could you insult my self respect? Do you even think about the feelings of a girl ever? I am not a lifeless person. I have my own goals and feelings. I have many dreams about my married life.

I never got love from my parents. I have been all alone since I was born. I saw only gender discrimination. I thought that only getting educated will help me. So, I focused on my studies from childhood. Though my father refused to help me, I studied by myself through scholarships and friends' help. When I got seat in MBBS with minimum fees, I felt very happy. But that pervert ruined my entire life just for refusing his proposal.

But, I overcame that too. To pay my semester fees, I joined in your hospital, but there you started troubling me and were behind me saying you love me. And now you married me.

As every girl, I also dreamt of a loving husband and good in-laws who will give me the love of my parents too. I am sure your parents are good. But, you can never be a good husband to me. You just bought me as if I am some slave to satisfy your male ego and your manly desires. Do you think am a fool to believe your words. I believe in what I see. And you bought me as if I am some kind of a prostitute." She yelled with tears

"Rudrani" I shouted seriously.

"Shut up. Don't talk more. You are not an expert in reading other's mind or their views. More importantly, you have no right to talk anything wrong about my wife. My wife will be my princess and nothing less than that, Understand?" I said seriously and she opened her mouth wide.
