"It's time you know, you deserve the truth." He said looking deep into my eyes.

"Why was he still free?" I asked him.

"He changed his look, used disguises, changed names everything, he told mom that if she opened her mouth he would killed me in a heartbeat."

"Your mom eventually found out who my father was, Kai cornered her with his men and told her that if she opened her mouth, he would also kill you and Blake in a heartbeat, he never gave empty threats. "

"But he did send a few warnings."

"Kai shot Pietro almost killing him."

My jaw dropped.

"He killed your grandfather from Blake's side."

"He was a cop and was behind Kai and his men, Kai was involved in some many illegal things."

"They said you grandfather was the best cop in LA, just one night Kai caught him off guard, and ended his life."

Tears were starting fall, I never met my grandfather from dad's side, but he was dad's favorite person, that's what he used to say when he told me stories about him.

Then there's the fact that he almost killed grandpa Pietro. I couldn't imagine life without him, he is one of my favorite person in this world.

"The day he was caught, he payed your mom a visit."

"I remembered that day now that you mentioned it, he pulled out a gun and wanted to shoot mom." I said while more tears were falling.

We heard footsteps, and there stood mom and dad.

"Now to my side." Mom said

"When I was sixteen, i was in love with the idea of being in love that i didn't listen to the warnings my family and friends gave me." She said to us.

Dad hugged mom.

I got up and gave her a hug.

After a while, my parents left and we were sitting on the bed.

"When I was ten, I came back and burned the house, there was nothing but bad memories." He said with anger.

Then I gave him a kiss on his cheek, and hugged him.

Everyone has breakdown in their life, and Caleb was having his right now. So many years filled with anger and pain.

He punched the wall.

"I DIDN'T DESERVED TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT, MOM DIDN'T DESERVE THAT EITHER, ALL OUR LIVES JUDGED CAUSE OF ONE ASSHOLE."

He started to scream, I was a bit scared, i hate when people yell, but I knew Caleb needed to released his anger.

I got up and hugged him tighter, eventually he calmed down and laid down in my bed.

I was playing with his hair, he was sleeping. So many emotions in one day, I'm even exhausted.

I left him sleep and made my way downstairs.

"How's he doing?" My dad asked.

"After his breakdown I managed to calm him down and eventually he fell asleep." I said to them.

"He is a good kid." Mom winked at me.

"He is." I smiled and went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water.

"I should call Danielle, and start planning their wedding." She giggled.

Danielle is Caleb and Catarina's mom.

I woke up and felt two strong arms around me.

Everyone left except Caleb , he stayed a bit longer.

We were out on the porch talking.

He wrapped his arms around my waist and whisper, "I have a feeling you can make me say other words." He smirked then gave me a kiss on my forehead. He walked to his motorbike.
