Ivy woke up early due to her internal alarm, when she found out that something was on her chest , she was shocked when she saw a man's hand on her breast, she slowly looked at the man lying beside her his handsome face was a sight to behold and his naked chest was exactly her spec. She stood up carefully about to make a quick run to her room as she had remembered all that happened last night and she couldn't help but blush at how wantonly she behaved, she ruled it out as a one night stand as she had seen in movies, her first night that she had been saving for years was given to a stranger how ironic. “Thanks” ivy thanked him before picking it up and heading to the door.

‘I hope we don't meet again ever’ ivy said in her head before waking out of the door. When she got out that was when she realized that their suite was opposite each other, she let out a laugh as it seems things were not going her way.

Ivy flopped on the bed inside her room before taking her phone out of her bag , seeing missed calls from Eric and her dad , immediately her dad call came through and she had no choice but to pick it since she didn't want him worried.

“Hello dad”

“Ivy I know that you are angry but could you please come back home”

She took a deep breath before responding

“Okay dad am coming”

When she got to Ruby estate, her dad was already seated waiting for her, today she wore a black

gown and black ankle length Boot her bag was also black.

“Thank God you are here ” Her father said standing up from his seats to hug her

“Dad what is the problem” Ivy asked

“I was so worried as yesterday you suddenly disappeared” Sylvester said looking tired.

‘Yeah so worried that you didn't come after me’ ivy thought rolling her eyes.

“As you can see dad am fine, so can I leave”

“No don't go please stay” Her stepmother said coming down from the stairs in tow with her daughter and Eric following behind them.

“Ivy I was so worried yesterday” Eric said running to her side.

“Please don't touch me”Ivy said with disgust when Eric tried to hug her.

Eric felt hurt when he saw the disgust in her eyes.

“Am so sorry ivy please forgive me” Eric pleaded.

“You played me Eric ” ivy said looking hurt

“Did I do something wrong to you that you toyed with my feelings” Ivy asked

“I...” Eric stammered not knowing what to say.

“Ivy please forgive Eric, he couldn't control his heart and he fell in love with me” Clara said

“More like he couldn't control his dick” Ivy cursed

“Ivy ” Her father called out

“What dad am speaking the truth”

“Ivy am sorry” Eric said once more but in truth he wanted the two sisters

“Let us all head to the dining table”Silvester said once he saw that the situation was getting worse.

After eating and drinking the juice prepared for her as she didn't want to drink wine because of what happened yesterday she felt her body temperature rising and instantly knew that her drink had been tampered with.

“Dad I've to go” Ivy said standing up

“Go... To where, do you have a place you are staying”

“Yes dad I do” Ivy answered her body getting sensitive

“Ivy won't you stay for desert” Her stepsister asked

She quickly entered a cab and drove straight to her hotel, the cab driver kept looking at her as she was now sweating heavily and breathing very fast, he wondered if he should drive her to the hospital but opted to drive her to the hotel
