"Who the fuck put on The Nutcracker in this party?!" Jacob yell while walking towards the new stereo system he bought for Kate. Jacob shake his head and put on some party decent song. He then dim the lights and press a button on the walls to turn on the strobe lights.

Vanessa walk in the apartment and gave everyone thumbs up. "The landlady say it's okay. As long as we don't trash the corridors." Jacob played the music almost to a maximum volume and let everyone have fun. Soon the apartment was fill with people who work for the Christ family.

Few hours later, a group of girls came in as well. They all came down from LA to the small town just for Jacob and his girlfriend. "Girls.. remember, my sister is very special to me. Don't even try to do funny stuff when she refuse." Jacob warned them.

Vanessa wrap her arms around Jacob's waist and pull him to the dance floor. It's currently their favourite song together and Vanessa just dying to dance with her future husband. "Come on Jacoby. Let's show them all how to dance." Vanessa whispered.

On the other hand, mr. Charles, Kate's 'friendly' neighbour was about to go to sleep when he heard the loud blasting song coming from his next door neighbour apartment. To top it all, he heard banging sound coming from his corridor.

He got up and grab his cane. He unlock his door and went to Kate's apartment. He didn't get to say anything when three bulky guys covering Kate's door and look at him. "Do we have a problem?" Said the guy in a very think British accent.

Mr Charles body begin to shake. "No problem at all..." he said. "I suggest you to turn around, walk back into yah apartment, close the door, lock the door, and go to sleep until 7 am tomorrow morning. Do you understand me?" Mr. Charles nod vigorously and was about to turn when Vanessa stop him.

"Ronald! Why are you being rude!" Vanessa smack the back of the man's head hard. "Sorry for that mr. Charles. He's new. You may join us if you like." The middle age man shake his head. "Serious? We have girls... to party with.. who knows... a future wife perhaps."

Vanessa winks and offer her hand to Mr. Charles. "But if you prefer man, we have those too." Vanessa chuckle. Mr. Charles look at the brown hair woman and didn't even took a second for him to be inside Kate's apartment.

Vanessa laugh and close the door behind her. "Go to the place Kate works at. It's about time she's coming home. Escort her back." The three man nod and went to fetch their other leader. Vanessa enters back to the apartment and enjoy the party.

It's closing time at the grocery store and Kate was just untying her apron when Marshall walks in. "Hey Kate. Your apartment building, fill with overly expensive cars. I don't think you should come home now. The only time I saw a lot of cars like those around when the gangster came."

"And it was bad. Really bad. The biggest case the towns police handle." Benjamin added behind his brother. Kate chuckle. "No wonder Cathleen always say you both a handful. I mean it's not a big of a deal. If they disturb me I'll just hit them." Kate smile.

Kate took her bag from the locker and wave at the brothers. "See you tomorrow." Marshall and Benjamin look at each other. "Should we follow her?" Benjamin ask. Marshall shrug his shoulder. "I think we should. Cathleen will kill us if something happen to Kate."

Marshall sigh. "I think we should." The Royale brothers quickly closing the store and jog towards Kate's direction. They slow down when they saw Kate's back and follow her in a safe distance. Benjamin always the car enthusiast.

He made a dreamy sound when his favourite line of cars visible in front of him. "Marshall. I thought my dream to meet this cars was just dreams. Now I'm touching them!" Marshall didn't get to grab his brother when a guy grab him first.

"What do we have here?" The bald man said. Marshall was speechless to see the size of the man. "Do we have the famous car snatcher? Or pickpockets?" The man ask, looking at Marshall and Benjamin who's struggling under his hold.

"Brian! Let him go." Kate said behind the bald man. "He's my friend. Both of them." The man let Benjamin go and apologise to Kate. "What are you two doing here?!" Kate ask. "We were worried about you. But I think these scary looking people afraid of you.."

Kate sigh. "They work for my mother's. My brother and his girlfriend came here. I don't want to tell anyone about it because this might happen." Marshall and Benjamin look at each other. "Don't tell us you're... the youngest... of... OH MY GOD!"

Kate shush Benjamin up.

"Keep your voice down!" Kate smile at everyone around them. "Just don't tell Cathleen. She's going to fire me if she knows I'm..." Kate notice how Benjamin would look at the series of super car that park by the road. She chuckle.

"Brian.." Kate call.

"Yes miss?" Brian present himself.

"Bring him in the Huracan. Have a joy ride." Benjamin's face changes to a kid in a toy store. Marshall and Kate watch Benjamin went into a black super car and shot off to the road. "Follow me Marshall." Marshall was having second thought.

Kate gave him a lovely smile. "Don't smile like that. My girlfriend will kill me." Kate playfully punch Marshall's chest and ask him to follow her. "Promise me you won't tell Cathleen. I really need the job." Marshall chuckle.

"After seeing what your bodyguards looks like. I won't dare to say a thing." Marshall said while making eye contact with one of the bald man inside the lift. "Don't worry about them. They all friendly. Right boys?" Kate chuckle.

"Yes miss." They all replied.

"See.. friendly.." Kate trying to convince Marshall.

Marshall was sitting alone on the couch when four ladies came to him and introduce themselves. Marshall's eyes were on all four, from head to toe, drinking his beer with just one whole sip. He's not single but these ladies and their provocative attire, just really get into any man's head.

"Hi papi... how's your night?" Marshall look up to a brunette. He close his eyes and shaking his head to get her out of his head. "I have Mandy.. Mandy is the one.. the only one..." he thought he said it in his heart but in reality, he's saying it out loud.

The girls laugh and nodding at how faithful Marshall turn to be. "Good job papi. Never break a woman's heart. Never!" The brunette said. "Don't be like most men in this room, young one. You will regret it." Said a woman in a very thick Russian accent.

"Yes papi. Be like Jacob. Now that's a gentleman. Vanessa is very lucky to have such men. He's responsible." Said the brunette who spoke earlier. "Never seen you before. Are you new or just friends of the Christ." Ask the Russian woman.

"Kate's friend." The girls look at each other.

"Boyfriend?! That's weird. We thought she's... hmmm... well... just a warning, boy. You break her heart, every single person in this room will find you, your family and your whole generation of family and kill you. Once you break the princesses heart, you will have to meet the prince of darkness, Jacob."

The Russian woman gave Marshall a smile when she notice Marshall demeanour changes. "Not to mention our leader's wrath. They will burn down this whole town if they want to."

Marshall's eyes widen.

"I'm just a friend. I have Mandy, remembered?" The girls laugh again. "We said what we want to said. Just remember that." The girls leave Marshall alone to his thoughts. Minutes later Kate went to him and offer him some drinks.

"You look like just seen a ghost." Kate joke and took a sip of the beer. Marshall gave her a nervous laugh. "Did the dancers gave you a hard time?" She ask. Marshall shake her head. "Don't be afraid. They all nice people. Trust me. I live with them since I was a born." Marshall nod.

Marshall took a deep breath and drink his beer. Kate sat next to him and watch everyone. "That's my brother and his future wife." Kate pointed at Jacob and Vanessa's direction. Marshall turn and completely in shock that Jacob's body fill with tattoos.

His backside was completely covered by a skull tattoo, tribals and some of the symbols he never knew existed. When Jacob turn, his front side was too covered with tattoos. A huge Chinese demon image on his stomach, sticking its tongue out while tribal tattoos fill his whole chest, neck and arms. Even hands.

"He's scary looking." Marshall whisper.

Kate chuckle. "Our mother's lecture him for like a month when he decided to make his body a walking art. But it's his passion. Art. Look at the ceiling. He drew this. Alone." Marshall look up at the ceiling and was mesmerised by the art work.

"If Cathleen knew me or Benjamin having tattoos as much as him, she probably would choke us to death. She's okay with one or two tattoos. But the whole body, she's going to have a fit." Kate chuckle. "You two seems to be scared of her. Why?" Kate ask.

"She's evil. Evil I tell you! When she was still in high school, she lead this group known as the Hell Rider gang. Doing so many ruckus in school and the whole town, the towns people called her a wild child."

Kate raise both eyebrows.

"I'm serious. But after graduated and our father suffer from a stroke, she leave the group and manage the grocery store. After Benjamin and I graduated, we helped her while our parents just stay at home and rest. They both old."

Kate nods.

"But once or twice her old gang did visit and ask her to be in the gang again. She refuse every time. So one day, the gangs decided to break in our home to show Cathleen how angry they all are. She was so mad, she was hospitalised for a few weeks."

"Why?" Kate ask.

"She was out numbered. She's alone beating those guys up. We were tied down. Since then she regret joining such gang before. Also that's why she always kept a shotgun under the counter. Safety measure. She knows, they will come back."

Kate nods.

"But if that little gang saw what's happening in your apartment right now, I think they will pee themselves. I mean just one look at your brother will make everyone pee their pants." Marshall chuckle. They both turn to the door, revealing a very happy Benjamin.

Marshall was surprise to see his brother gave Brian a high five. "I can give him the car if he wants." Marshall shake his head vigorously. "Cathleen will kill him for that. Kate chuckle. Benjamin kneel in front of Kate.

"I have the very best moments of my life! Please marry my sister so I can have all of these..." but before Benjamin could finish, he felt somebody lifted him by his shirt. He was struggling. He's dangling mid air. "Let me go!" He stops when he notice it's Kate's brother.

"Why are you kneeling in front of my princess!" Jacob's ask. "Oh my God! I didn't do anything. I'm just saying she should marry my sister who's gay. And I want to ride the super car everyday. That's it! No harm done!"

"BENJAMIN I THINK YOU NEED TO SHUT UP NOW!" Marshall yell. But hearing those words coming from Benjamin's mouth, made him place the boy down. "Kate, you have interest in your female boss?" Kate turn away from his brother. Can he be more embarrassing than this?!

Jacob suddenly laugh. The Royale brothers both look at each other. Wondering what just happen...

Kate woke up from her sleep when she heard her alarm clock going off. She yawn and stretch herself out before got up and went to the kitchen to prepare some coffee. Walking down to the kitchen, she notice her brother was sleeping alone at the living room.

She heard a noise coming from the kitchen. "Vanessa?" Vanessa turn with only wearing her bra and underwear. "Kate! Morning." She smile and turn back to the stove. "What are you doing?" Vanessa turn off the stove and turn to Kate again. "Pancakes. Your favourite."

"Wow... that's a lot!" Vanessa chuckle. "Jacob can finish them later." Kate agreed. Her brother can finish anything. She still wonder how can he be in shape with the amount he eats. Vanessa place two piece of pancake on Kate's plate and pour generous amount of honey on top.

Kate began to cut her pancake to several even portion. "V.." Vanessa look up. "Yes Kate?" Vanessa notice that Kate has something to say.

"Can you help me with something?"

Vanessa nod. "Sure. Help with what?"

"Well since you're not coming home to LA, I need you to investigate some local gang members." Vanessa place her fork down. "What did you do Kate?" Vanessa ask.

"Nothing. It's just curiosity."

"Curiosity kills the cat." Vanessa add.

"But I need to know. Please V. You're the best in this espionage thing." Vanessa sigh but finally nods. Kate smile. "Thank you! But don't tell mom or mommy okay. Jacob can know but promise me he will not blab!"

Vanessa chuckle. "I can handle him Kate." Kate hug her and finish her breakfast. "Thank you for the meal. I have to say, this is the best pancake I ever taste in this town." Vanessa watch her walk to her room.

She heard Jacob's snoring and decided to wake him up. "Hey bad boy. Wake up." Vanessa shake him. Jacob ignore her, removing her hands from shaking him. Vanessa then held his nose until he wakes up. "What are you doing?" Jacob ask while Vanessa still holding his nose.

"Breakfast ready."

Jacob got up to a sitting position and pull Vanessa to him. "Where's Kate?" He ask while his hand playing with her hair. "Her room. Don't do anything that might need more than 5 minutes!" Jacob chuckle.

"I won't. Don't worry. Help me up." Vanessa stood up and pull Jacob from the couch and went to the kitchen counter.

Kate said her goodbyes and went to work like usual. But this morning, it's different. Her usual friendly walk turn to weird and fill with questionable looks. They all actually scares of her. Kate look at everyone weirdly.

When she arrive at the grocery store, Benjamin was sweeping the floor and let her in. "I just had the weirdest journey to work!" Kate said, walking towards the back room to get her apron.

"Well, after yesterday event, everyone should be afraid of you." Benjamin chuckle. Kate doesn't know what he meant. He ignore him and start her day like usual.

Kate was just rearranging the women's aisle when Cathleen suddenly show up behind her. "Kate." Kate turn back and once again in trance by the beauty. "I need you to be my fake girlfriend." Kate literally drop the heavy box of period pads on her own foot.

Cathleen immediately bend down and remove the box from her foot. But Kate doesn't seem to feel the pain. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't ask such thing while you were holding something.." Cathleen said.

She help Kate to pick up the scattered pads on the floor. "So... can you help me? I can raise your salary if you willing to help?" Then Cathleen remembered something. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't be so inconsiderate. You must be straight. I'm sorry. Your boyfriend might kill me."

Kate shake her head. "It's not that. I'm single. It's just... it's so sudden." Kate chuckle. "So... is that a yes? Please. I need to get myself out of the blind date thing my friends been doing for me. I hate it. I like girls. Not guys. I like vagina not little penis."

Kate burst to laugh. Both Benjamin and Marshall look at their direction. "Okay okay. But you don't have to raise my salary. All you have to do is show me around this lovely town. Deal?" Cathleen smile when Kate offer her hand.

"Deal. We'll start this afternoon. I'll show the best part of this town." Kate look at her weirdly. "This afternoon? But I have to work." Cathleen shake her head. "The boys can deal with the store today. I need you tonight. And you will have a half day off." Cathleen smile and pull her hand away.

"Tonight?!"

Cathleen nod.

"He insist on going on another date. I have no idea how to say no until I blurt out I have a girlfriend. Then he insist on meeting my non-existing girlfriend." Cathleen sigh. Before Kate could say anything, they both heard an irritating laughter from the Royale brothers.

"I WILL CUT BOTH OF YOU TO PIECES IF YOU DON'T GO AWAY!" Cathleen yell and grab some stuff from the aisle, hitting her brothers. Kate chuckle. "Relax boss. They're just messing with you." Cathleen took a deep breath.

"Let's just go now. Leave those there. They can do it." Kate did and went to the back room to grab her stuff before following Cathleen out. "We're using my bike today. Is that okay?" Kate nod. "Are you really okay riding a ninja?" Cathleen was having second thoughts.

Kate nod. "My brother had one of those. He sometime picks me up with those." Kate smile. Cathleen offer her a helmet and mount on her bike. Kate puts on the helmet before mount at the back of the seat.

Cathleen start the engine and gently shot off to the road, showing Kate around town.

Meanwhile, Vanessa and Jacob stopping by at the town's famous gangs gathering place for some information about the Hell Rider gang. "Why is so important for us to know about this pathetic gang?" Jacob ask when they both walk towards the bar area.

"Because Kate says so." Vanessa said before smiling at the bartender.

"Hello. Umm.. where can we go to know some information regarding... the Hell Rider gang?" Everyone in the bar turn to the brown hair woman. Jacob notice everyone reaction. "There's no such name here." Vanessa doesn't seem too convince.

"Are you sure?" She ask.

"Look miss. Just because your man there fill with tattoos, doesn't mean people in this bar will say something you wanted to know. We're not that weak and plus, you're not around here. From the clothing and car you both came in with, you're from the city. Now beat it!"

The bartender was being rude to Vanessa. Jacob grab his head and hit his head on the counter a few times before grabbing him by the hair back. "We're here in peace. But you're being rude to my future wife here boy. You have no idea how that makes me feel! SHES A QUEEN! RESPECT HER!"

Because Jacob push him back hard, his back hit the glass liquor display behind him. His nose bleeds profusely and everyone around them began to walk away. "Now, be a gentleman and tell us about this Hell Rider gang bitches so we can go out of this dumb!"

Jacob commanded.

"I can help you with that." Jacob turn to a woman's voice. "Tell me now." The woman pointed to the back room and lead both of them out of the commotion.
