Chapter 5 I Don't Want Him Anymore

Hearing Rosy's words, Ann felt that her blood was boiling with fury, and she was unsteady on her feet.

"Rosy, thank you for your concern. But we're not that close, are we?"

"Ann, I really care about you. Did I say something wrong?"

Rosy looked careful and was about to stand up to apologize, but soon she was slumped into Roger's arms helplessly.

Rosy smiled bitterly, "I've been weak since I had the miscarriage. Thanks to Roger, who has been around to take care of me, I didn't mean not offending you. What I said that day still counts. You are always Roger's wife, and I just want to stay with him ..."

She mentioned her miscarriage again ...

All the blood on Ann's face faded.

Rosy repeatedly reminded her of the fact that she had lost her kid. But her husband stubbornly insisted that she pay the price and he even killed his own child.

Could the truth be more absurd and cruel?

Seeing that Ann didn't say anything, Rosy blinked her watery eyes. The next second, she pretended to be even more pitiful.

"Ann, you will agree to my request, won't you? I heard that your noble mother was also willing to get along well with another woman."

Her words were beyond Ann's bottom line. She couldn't stand it any longer and rushed to her, slapping on her pale face.

"Ah-" Rosy screamed weakly.

Immediately, Ann's hand was tightly held by Roger.

She cried out in pain and turned around. Roger was glaring at her.

"Roger, release her." How could Rosy miss this opportunity? She displayed her kindness to the fullest, "Ann, I'm so sorry. It was my fault. But I just hope that we can get along well ..."

Her voice was choked with sobs.

"Rosy, you should atone for your sins. You are a murderer!" Ann struggled to get her wrist back. Unexpectedly, Roger raised his hand to give her a slap on the face.

"Ann, stop challenging my patience. If Rosy didn't beg for you, I wouldn't tolerate you until now. Rosy has borne you for a long time. Don't overdo it."

"What?" Ann suddenly laughed, "Roger, have you ever spoiled me like this?" She slowly wiped the blood from the corner of her lips and looked at the couple in front of her, "I really admire you that you love this murderer so deeply. Aren't you afraid to damage the reputation of your family if you marry her one day?"

Another heavy clip was given to her face. She lost her balance and fell over, hitting her forehead on the coffee table.

Ann suddenly felt dizzy. It took her a long while before she could raise her hand and wiped the blood on her forehead. Suddenly she had a strong desire to laugh.

She covered her eyes with her hand, and the next second, she burst into laughter.

She didn't stop laughing until her voice was hoarse. She gradually calmed down as she hadn't been slapped twice by Roger. However, her eyes become as empty as dead water.

Struggling to her feet, she looked at the man in front of her and said, "let's get divorced!"
