Chapter 6 You Made Me Sick

Ann staggered to her feet and stopped laughing. She stared at the man standing in front of her and said, "let's get divorced! I will let you go. I wish you two happiness forever. But I am not sure whether your grandfather will accept a murderer as his granddaughter-in-law?"

Her last words were filled with ridicule, irritating Roger immediately.

However, when he heard that she wanted to get a divorce, a sense of confusion came with anger.

"Divorce? Stop dreaming, Ann. What makes you think you can divorce me?" Leaving Rosy aside, Roger could not help but strode forward to grab Ann's arm. His beautiful eyes narrowed slightly.

"Cause I don't love you anymore."

What?

There was a glint in his eyes.

"You don't love me? Ann, you have forgotten why we get married. How long do you think your family's company would last without my support? Even your core business in the petroleum industry has been taken by me. Divorce? Can you afford the price?"

Hearing that, Rosy, who had tried her best to pretend to be pitiful, frowned at him.

She must split them up!

Gritting her teeth, Rosy sighed softly, "Ann, didn't you say you loved Roger? Why don't we stay with Roger together? I really just want to accompany him ..."

With a low cry, Rosy said gently, "Ann, please don't divorce Roger. It will be bad for Roger's reputation!"

"If you think so much of his reputation, why don't you leave him?"

"I know I've been unpopular ever since I was born. I just want to be with Roger. Ann, could you please forgive me?" Rosy cried, trying to struggle out of Roger's arms.

Seeing her face, Ann could not help but chuckle, "Rosy, why should I allow you to be with my husband? And Roger, why should I give in to you again and again?"

"Ann, Roger is your husband. Shouldn't you think about his feeling?"

"He's just a shameless betrayal. I don't want him anymore." Ann glanced at Roger's face and sneered coldly.

Roger's face was distorted with fury.

"Don't forget you are still my wife!"

"Soon not."

There were no mood swings in Ann's cold eyes. Roger keenly realized that there was something missing in her eyes. She now looked at him in a completely different way, which panicked Roger slightly.

"I ... I didn't mean to ruin your marriage ... I can't control my feeling to Roger." Rosy felt the uneasiness of the man who was holding her. She quickly defended him with tears in his eyes, "it's not his fault."

"So you choose to be a mistress just like your mother? Awesome!" Ann sneered.

"Ann, I'm so sorry ..." Rosy bent over to apologize as she sobbed. She suddenly felt a little dizzy, staggered a few steps, and then fell. Roger quickly caught her and pulled her into his arms.
