VERONICA

“ Hey wake up, geez I’m your boss and yet I’m the one who’s waking you up” a familiar voice awakened me from my deep slumber.

“ Is that you honey? Come here and kiss me “ I mumbled as I pout my lips expecting a kiss,

Instead of receiving a kiss, someone forcefully smacked me on the head totally waking me up.

“ Don’t you say such gross things,”

Yael’s cringing face came to my view and I just rolled my eyes at him, haisst I’m having the best dream and here he is ruining it. Damn this life!

“ Why are you waking me up? I thought your on a vacation for one month? Damn you homo, let me sleep! I need sleep! After exhausting me last night you have the guts to wake me up this early!” I hissed at him and turned my back on him as I close my eyes once more.

“ Don’t say it that way, it’s as if I touched you last night “ distaste is evident in his voice but I didn’t answered him and tried to sleep again.

“ Veron! “ he stated intensely but I didn’t budge, I still want to sleep.

“ Veronica!” I immediately got up and move away from him when he shouted at my ear loudly.

“ The fuck Yohan Mikael! “ I stated calling him with his real name,

He smirked at me and run his fingers through his hair confidently .

“ I pay you big, so do your job properly” he stated and flipped his invisible hair as he turned his back on me while I was left here looking at him with disbelief. Look at that gay, he now have the guts to be mean at me huh! If I know he can’t let me go, he’ll go crazy if I’m not with him! Well of course that’s because he don’t trust me that I won’t tell anyone about his secret.

“ Aish! I should have just escaped from him from the start! Look at my beautiful face, it looks stress and dull because of him! How dare him ruin my beauty rest? Arghhh!” I throw a tantrum as I look at myself on the mirror,

I inhaled deeply and then let out a sigh, it’s okay, calm down.

“ That homo just wants to stress you out so he’ll be able to be much beautiful than you, don’t let him have what he want!” I whispered to myself as I look at my reflection.

YAEL

What’s taking her so long? That brat really needs to be disciplined, for goodness sake! She’s my employee and yet she don’t do anything for me. It sucks that I need to be stuck with that girl.

“ Shit” I murmured as I stare at my face from the reflection in the laptop.

Is that a freaking pimple?

I leaned in and gasp when I realized that it really is a pimple! Fuck! My skin!

“ What should I do? Am I that stress with that brat? Shit! I need to contact my dermatologist right away!” I murmured to myself as I walk back and forth because of panic.

Reese will kill me! Lucky that I’m on a vacation this month and I don’t have any shootings and interviews or else I’ll be nag at big time!

“ Veronica!” I shouted loudly and she came hurriedly running towards me .

“ What? What? The media found out about your secret?” She said panicking too.

I raised my eyebrow at her as I notice her appearance, is she going to a party or some sort? What is with that cocktail dress for fuck sake?

“ What’s with that outfit? “ I said growing at her,

She smirked confidently at me then flipped her newly curled hair as she turn around flaunting her get up.

“ Seriously? You plan on cleaning the house with that dress? Huh, crazy” I rolled my eyes at her and crossed my arms in my chest.

She clicked her tongue because of annoyance and sat on the sofa carelessly not minding how she sit .

“ Tsk, So what’s the problem Sir “ she stated emphasizing the last word.

“ Contact my dermatologist and go reserve an appointment “ I ordered her as I look at her from head to toe.

Did she bump her head somewhere? She even wore thick make up and fake eyelashes inside the house! Seriously , also she’s wearing a freaking stiletto! Damn psycho .

“ Fine!” She stated and was about to leave my sight when I stopped her,

“ And please do change, you’re irritating “ I stated as I shake my head in disbelief.

“ Why would I? “ she answered and stared at me straight in the eye.

“ Cause you look like someone who just escaped from a mental facility! Who is on their right mind will dress up like that just for cleaning the freaking house! You brat!” I shouted at her.

“ I don’t know if I let in a psycho or what! For goodness sake! Come to your senses lady!” I added irritated because of her behavior.

Veronica didn’t say a thing and just stomp her feet until she’s out of my sight again.

Fuck, such a pain!

I frowned when my phone vibrated in my pocket,

“ Yes?” I answered the caller without looking who is it.

“ Sir Yael, Sir Reese wants to know if you are free today? The model who’s supposed to have a pictorial today for the advertisement of a men clothes apparel got sick and couldn’t go but the producers want to shoot it today so, Sir Reese is hoping that you can do the job?” Hayden spoke from the other line.

“ Me? Who’s the model? Will it be okay for me to substitute ?” I answered looking at the window.

“ It’s Leo Fajardo Sir Yael, both of you are from the same entertainment company and it’s okay since he wouldn’t make it today because he’s sick” Hayden answered , hope is evident on his voice.

“ Fine, text me the address and details , we’ll be there in an hour” I sighed and hung up the phone.

Guess I couldn’t help it, the opportunity itself approached me, it would be a waste to decline the offer.

“ Veronica!” I called her and walk towards her room.

I found her frowning while staring intently at her laptop , she glared at me when she noticed my presence.

“ What! I’m reserving an appointment! “ she hissed at me.

“ Get dress after that and bring all of my kit from that door , I have a pictorial , be quick “ I stated and point out to the room not far from here. All of my things that is needed whenever I have shootings and pictorials are all readied there, in case of something urgent like this.

“ Pictorial? Where?” She quickly changed her behavior as she asked question while her eyes glimmered with excitement.

“ Tss, just do what I say and hurry! We’ll leave as soon as I got dress okay? “ I stated annoyingly and turn my back from her.

VERONICA

“ I’m not the only model here?”

Yael whispered to Reese looking uncomfortable, of course what kind of gay he is if he’ll be calm while looking at those hot men around us. Damn , look at those abs!

“ Yes, didn’t Hayden told you? This isn’t your first time Yael don’t be a kid” Reese stated seriously making me giggle.

“ Yes Yael, don’t act like a virgin “ I teased him and quickly go back staring at the other models .

Fuck I want them all!

“ I know, I’m just shock” Yael murmured but I didn’t pay attention to them that much and continued staring at the guys.

“ Yael, get ready, we’ll be starting to take photos in an hour, we need to be quick, hurry!” A gay with a pink scarf on his neck shouted and Reese immediately pushed Yael towards the chair.

A normal looking girl then quickly put make up on him and get him ready.

“ Oh my god Yael, you have a pimple! Don’t worry I’ll hide it perfectly, “ the girl gasp and put concealers on his face.

“ So actors can still have acnes “ I whispered to myself earning a glare from Yael and I just stick out my tongue at him.

“ Veronica right? Go get Yael’s clothes , hurry “ the make up artist ordered me and I raised an eyebrow at her.

Yael motioned me to go and I was left no choice but to oblige .

“ Perfect! “ the photographer stated while clicking his camera .

“ I need a more intense look Yael, flaunt the clothes , look at us as if you’re seducing someone “ the photographer stated and Yael did what he said.

“ Look at your left, damn! Nice one Yael” he added as he move quickly and bend his body as he took photos.

“ Break!”

I immediately approached Yael and gave him a bottle of water , he thanked me and walk towards his chair and closed his eyes .

“ Yael!” A good looking guy approached him with a big smile on his face.

“ Oh hi “ Yael smiled at him genuinely and waved his hand. After a few seconds the guy is already in front of us .

“ I’m Jairo Santos , I’m one of the models, I was shocked to see you today since we’re not expecting you to be part of the pictorial but it is such an honor to be able to work with you, I’m your fan !” He stated excitedly and leaned on to Yael who seems uncomfortable.

Oh right, he’s a gay who’s doing everything so that he won’t be found out, of course he wants the closeness but he should control his self.

“ Really? I’m glad to hear that! Actually I’m also honored to be able to work with all of you here, all of you are great “ Yael sincerely commented.

One thing that I realized about him, he’s definitely a good man- no scratch that, a good gay.

Because of his overwhelming excitement and happiness Jairo suddenly hugged Yael tightly making me gasp exaggeratedly .

Won’t that turn him on?

“ Jairo! Come here , let Yael have his break “ Jairo’s manager called him out and that made the young boy chuckle.

As soon as he pull out of the hug I immediately put Yael’s bag on his lap in a swift and gentle way.

“ So I’ll be excusing myself then” Jairo stated and turned his back on us.

“ What’s with the bag? I don’t remember asking for it “ Yael asked as soon as Jairo out of our sight.

I leaned near him and whispered on his left ear,

“ To hide your boner “

I expected him to thank me and smile at me as if I saved his life but in the contrary he flicked my forehead using her finger as he glared at me.

“ I’m not a freaking high school boy who easily get turned on by just simple gestures, seriously? Use your head sometimes “ he whispered back at me while our face is an inch away from each other.

I smiled awkwardly at him and was about to pull back my body when a sudden force pushed me back and without a single warning, Yael’s lips touched mine.
