Chapter 2

THIRD PERSON POV

"Happy birthday, Alle..." They all said in unison.

Alle couldn’t believe her parents could gather everyone in the family and friends to be in one place. Christina and Catherine with their families, Uncle Lulu, their grandparents, Zara and Tina with Alexandra and, of course, Kylie's Mother. The only person who was missing was the Grandpapa. But they all understood that he was too old to travel.

"How old are you, Alle?" Uncle Lulu asked an expressionless Alle.

"22."

Uncle Lulu reached for his gift and smile at her. "Happy Birthday..."

Alle had second thoughts receiving his gift. “These are not any human remains right?"

Lulu laughed. "No. I have class." He went to hug his Niece and smiled. "Now, I have to eat. Where's the food?"

Alle pointed in the direction where all the food was.

"Happy birthday, Alle." Hope said behind her little sister.

Alle turned and smiled a little. "Thanks Hope."

Hope handed her a present and was about to walk away when Alle grabbed her hand.

"Hopy. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell."

Hope smiled at her little sister. "It's fine, Alle." She hug her Sister and kissed her cheek.

Alle smiled and Hope pulled away. She watched as her Sister walked towards her Wife and kissed her. Alle sighed and tried not to make a scene. She turned and walked towards the kitchen. She splashed water onto her face and went to grab a bottle of wine. "This is why I hate coming back to LA." She said and drink the wine from the bottle. She could see her hands were shaking.

"Alle?"

Alle looked up to see Tina. She quickly hid her hands from view. "Hey Tina. Bella is somewhere out there."

"I know. I'm here for the wine. Are you okay?"

Alle nodded.

Tina knew she was not, but she held herself back from asking too many questions. She smile and walked out of the kitchen.

"Did you see that part where the guy kill the train station worker?!" Abigail asked her Uncle Cameron, Christina's son.

They both stopped when they saw Alle in the kitchen.

"Hey aunt Alle." Abigail said.

"Hey Alle." Cameron greet his Cousin.

Alle just nodded.

Cameron leaned in to Abigail. "She's always like that?"

Abigail nodded. "She's changed since she died."

Cameron nodded.

Larissa walked in with her Wife and smiled when she saw Alle. "Hey birthday girl."

Alle looked up and smiled. "Hey Mom."

"Oh, grandma, I hope you don't mind I invited a few friends."

Larissa smiled at her granddaughter. "Of course, I don't mind. The more the merrier." She smiled as Abigail dragged her Uncle out to the living room area.

Carmen looked at Alle and wondered what she was doing.

Alle turned and faced her parents. "I want something."

Carmen and Larissa looked at each other.

"What is it, honey?"

Alle looked at Larissa. "Volunteering work. Your school. I'm good at everything." Alle turned to look at Carmen. "I need money."

"Alle, you're twenty two. You have full access to our family account."

"The thing is I'm using that money to help people. Can I do that?"

Carmen and Larissa smiled widely.

"Of course, honey. We approve."

They both hugged Alle.

Alle released a huge sigh and smiled. What she’d do to avoid the 'are you okay' question from her parents. Now, she just had to endure the volunteering work.

"Come. Let's meet everyone." Carmen said and practically dragged Alle out of the kitchen. For a forty eight-year-old, Carmen still had the strength as if she were just a teen. That was actually a pretty good thing for Larissa.

The party had just started when Abigail's friends decided to crash it. For most people, teens crashing a party would be a very lecture moment. But for Abigail's family, they didn’t mind because it may bring Alle to her normal state. She was a party girl before. And now, she was just a dull person with no Colours of life all over her. She was practically dead on the inside.

"Abby. My parents would kill me if I ever had this kind of song playing in the background and dancing wildly. But from the looks from your parents, they don't mind, huh?

Abigail chuckled. "They don't mind. As Long as we don't wreck the house."

A guy walked behind her. "Hey Abby, none of your family straight?"

Abby hit his stomach. "That's rude. I don't know about Allyson, but yeah, none of us are straight. I mean come on. Guys... Just too... Much work.." Abigail and her friends laughed.

"Oh, come on, Abby. You know I can rock your world."

"Yes, and I will pulled that penis from you." Abigail's Girlfriend, Melanie, interfere. Smiling yet serious at the same time.

Abigail laughed and pulled her Girlfriend by the neck towards her. "Relax. Don't waste your energy on him. Save it for the Soccer tournament next week." She kissed Melanie's cheek.

"Abby. Your parents might see us."

Abigail giggled. "They know, Mel."

"Oh yeah.

They both laughed.

Abigail noticed her aunt. "I'll be right back." She planted a quick kiss on Melanie’s cheek and walked towards her aunt. "Hey."

Alle looked up and smiled. "Hey."

"I would like you to meet someone."

Alle tilted her head.

Abigail turned around and winked at Melanie.

Melanie nodded and walked around to search for someone.

"Who Abby?"

Abigail smiled. "You'll see."

Alle looked around. "Your whole team is here?"

Abigail nodded. "Yeah. All the female soccer team."

"No wonder there are a lot of cheerleaders."

Abigail chuckled.

Melanie walked towards her Girlfriend while dragging a very stubborn girl. "Just follow me!"

"Mel! No more blind dates! I hate everyone you have chosen.

"Oh bitch, you won't hate this one." Melanie pulled as hard as she could. "Hazel! You can try to stop me, but you know Abby will drag you herself."

Hazel looked up to see a woman beside her. For the first time, hazel was speechless. She admired the woman beside Abby. Golden blonde hair with perfectly shape eyebrows. Her green eyes complimented her face. Her jaw was defined, and her perfect luscious lips were the most juicy decoration on her face. She looked so... Beautiful... Yet so young."Hell no! You want me to date a sixteen-year-old again! No way! I'm eighteen years old!"

Melanie pulled her harder. "And yet you're still in high school! Come and meet her! And she's not sixteen. She's twenty two. This is her party!"

Hazel pulled hard. "You want me to date a Larove?! Are you crazy?! I'm not rich like her and you."

Melanie stopped dragging her Friend. "You've been Friends with us, and you still question our status?" She grabbed Hazel’s hands and pulled her even harder.

Abigail smiled. "Aunt Alle, this is Hazel. The co-captain of our school Soccer team. Hazel, this is my aunt, Allesandra. Just came back from the UK."

Alle hesitated to offer her hand, but she didn’t want to be rude. She studied Hazel’s face. Her wavy Long red hair as it showed she was a very fierce lady. Her hazel eyes perfectly matched her name as if sucking Alle’s soul inside. Her cute nose complimented her full pink lips. Alle felt weird. She never felt anything towards any girl before, and it had to be a high school girl? She offered her hand and smiled. "Allesandra..."

Hazel looked at Alle’s hand. "Hazel..." She reached out and shook Alle’s hand. Hazel felt as if she's electrocuted by something when she touched Alle's hand. What was this? They stayed for a minute, and Alle suddenly pulled her hand away.

"Sorry." She said, and Hazel smiled.

"Well, we will leave you two to mingle. Have fun." Abigail said and dragged her Girlfriend away from them.

Alle tried to call out to her Niece, but Hazel chuckled.

"Sorry for that. She's always trying to get me to meet someone."

Alle smiled. "She's exactly like her Mom, my Sister."

Hazel chuckled.

Alle smiled. They began to talk about everything that came to mind. This was the first time Alle opened up and talked to a stranger...

ALLE'S POV

"That concludes our meeting for today." Daddy said.

I closed the file and sighed.

"So Alle..." Hope's voice called for me.

"Yes?"

The other workers began to disappear to go back to their departments.

"I saw you talking to Abby's Friend..."

Oh God not this thing again. It was enough I was interrogated by Bella and Mommy this morning. "Yes... So?"

Hope smiled. "Nothing little sis."

Daddy smiled. "Come on, you two. Work."

I grabbed my phone and stood. I smiled at my Sister and walked out of the meeting room. As I was entering the elevator, a hand suddenly appeared between the doors to stop them from closing. I pressed the open button and smiled.

"Oh. Thanks Alle." It was Jane.

"Hey Jane." Since I started working here, Jane had been... Very friendly. A lot of guys asked her out in front of me, but she never agreed. Part of me said she was gay. The other part said she was just dating rich people.

"How was the meeting?"

"Great. We have a lot of tender to do. And a lot of reports to deal with."

Jane laughed. It was not even that funny. "You're funny, Alle." She flipped her brunette hair and smiled flirtatiously.

Okay, that was new.

*DING*

Jane looked up. "This is my floor. Bye Alle."

I waved at her. When the door closed, I released a heavy sigh. "What was that all about?!" I said to no one in particular. With the circumstances, I was alone in the elevator. Was she trying to flirt with me? I laughed at the thought. I could feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. I reached for it and it was a text from Abby.

"Please pick me up. My car broke down. 4P.M. Please." I said out loud. I sent a message to tell her I will. I looked at the time, and it was 3P.M. I reached for my coat and phone and walked out. "Vanessa. I'm going home early. I need to pick up my Niece. If there's anything just direct them to my Mother or hope or Bella."

Vanessa nodded and smiled.

”Thanks." I walked towards the elevator and to the office lobby.

"Miss Larove. Here."

"Thanks Ralph." I smiled and got in the car and drove towards the school.

As I arrived at the all so familiar high school, my eyes landed on Mommy's car. Why didn't Abby just go home with Mommy or Melanie? She was planning something again. I stopped in front of the waiting road and waited.

After just five minutes, I had the urge to smoke. So I stepped out of the car and lit up my cigarette stick. Mommy never liked the idea, but it was the only thing that kept me sane. So she just let it go, and the only rule was, never smoke in front of her. And now, I remembered it was a school ground, and we couldn’t smoke here. I took a Long drag and blew it out. I threw the cigarette on the road and stepped on it.

*RING RING RING*

"Yes Abby?"

"Aunt Alle. Look behind you."

I turned and waved at Abby.

"Come to the Soccer field. You remember where it is right?"

"Yeah.

"I'll meet yah there." And she hung up before I could say anything.

I walked towards the school and made my way to the Soccer field.

*I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS LISTEN TO Mon Coeur Balance - Laura Rey WHEN YOU READ THIS PART*

All the way, I could hear whispering. Usual questions. Who is she? Why is she here? Why is she wearing a man’s suit? And the boys usually commented on my breast size, my ass size or my body. Usual stuff teens say. Like always, I would put on a cold feature and just walk my way through the murderous gazes. Well, not really murderous. Just Horny teenagers. Which was even worse!

"Alle? What are you doing here?" It was Mommy.

I showed the text from Abby.

"Oh. Well, she's usually at the Soccer field."

"I know. She asked me to go and meet her there."

Mommy smiled. "Ok then. Meet you two at home. I have a couple of things to go through."

I nodded and kissed Mommy's cheek and walked away. Soon I could see the Soccer field. The place I usually go to when there's a game.

Kylie was a cheerleader, and she would practice here or at the gym. Now, my mind kept on having flashbacks of us in this school. The gym, the field, the library and the cafeteria. Even every corner of every room had her memory planted. I turned off my brain to stop thinking about her for a day.

I made my way to the field and looked around. The girls’ Soccer team had their practice with the boys’ team? That was new. I saw Abby and waved at her.

She waved back and asked me to wait.

I went to the bleachers and sat. I looked around and saw Melanie practically eating my Niece alive. I saw the stripe on her shirt. So she was the captain and the goalkeeper? Well, she did have the body for it. Then, my eyes landed on Hazel. Wow. I never thought she would have the body to play Soccer. Now that she was in her uniform, wow! Seriously, I never gawked at any girl. Why now?! She looked so... Hot with her sweaty figure. Damn I should stop now. I moved to the bench in front of me, so I got to see her even closer.

A group of guys greet her, Mel and my Niece.

I could see how annoyed Abby was. "Go away." Abby said.

Oh, this will be fun.

"Come on, Abby, we just want to hang." The tall guy said.

Abby truly had her Mother’s bitch face when she was mad. "Go away!"

"Abby, just because you’re the granddaughter of the school’s principal doesn't mean you own this school."

"Just because you’re the senator Son, doesn't mean you control this town."

Ohhhhh Burn!

Another guy tried to talk to Hazel, but she quickly ran towards Abby. Mel and Abby held her tight as if afraid she would fall. Now, why were they doing that?

"Look. We just want to talk. I mean. You two are the hottest couple in the school, and it's just so wrong that my girl and me are always number two."

"It's not our fault you both are not hot enough." Mel said.

"Come on. Let's hang. We promise we won't do anything."

"We're not dumb enough."

The tall guy tried to grab Hazel's arm, but Mel manage to stop him.

"DON’T TOUCH HER!" Abby shouted. "AUNT ALLE!" She shouted for me. I could see how distressed she looked.

"Now, you call for your aunt?!"

They all laughed.

"Look. The big bad Abby is afraid of us. That's new."

Again, they laughed.

I sighed. Damn. I stood up and whistled to gain their attention. "Yo! Stay away from them."

They all looked at me as if I were joking around.

"Is that... No way! Allesandra Larove. The person who kill Kylie Wilson."

So they still think I killed her, huh? That's original.

"MY AUNT DIDN'T KILL ANYONE!" Abby yelled at them.

I shut Abby up. I walked towards them and glared. "What did you say about me?" I asked them again.

The guy walked forward and stopped in front of me. "You kill Kylie Wilson." He said and smirked.

We were the same height, and yet, he was not smart enough.

"You think you're all that? I think you all are just trash." I said.

"Oh yeah? Wha Cha gonna do ,old lady? Gonna hit us with the umbrella?"

Again, they laughed.

Now, they were beginning to annoy me. I smiled and grabbed his crotch tightly.

He gasped and tried hard not to show pain.

"So tell me. Why are you harassing my Niece?"

He grabbed my hand and tried to yank it off.

I could hear Abby and her friends laugh.

"Oh no, dude. Whatever you do will only make it worse." I smirked. I released him and swung my legs at his head. "Ouch. I didn't see yah there." I started to kick his side. "Oops. Sorry. I was just walking." I walked on top of him and stepped on him. I looked around and sighed. "Where did he go?" I pretended to ask everybody. I jumped twice on him and moved away from him. I grabbed his collar and leaned in. "Another word from you to my Niece and her friends, I'll end your social life." "You think your dad is a good man?" I laughed. I pushed him over and watched him crawl to his friends. "Bye..." I said politely... Not! I turned to meet my Niece. "You guys okay?"

They nodded.

I looked at Hazel. "You okay?"

She nodded.

"Let's go home." I said.

They all nodded.

What was that all about...
