Past life?

"Are you sick?" she asked then touched my forehead with the back of her palm, but I spaced out, so I didn't hear anything she said and just continued walking in the hall with her. "Hey," she said and stopped when I didn't answer her question, so I woke up.

"What?" I asked when I heard her, "Why?" I asked again while looking left and right like I am about to cross the street, but will look left and right to make sure I won't die with an accident.

"Here," she said while pointing at her self with her index finger when she noticed that I looked left and right instead of looking at her.

"What?" I asked again when my eyes landed on her.

"Your thoughts have brought you to the outer space," she said then continued walking with me.

"Why?" I asked like I don't know what the reason is, but I do know what the real reason is.

"Shut up," she said then glared at me so I just looked down but I still made sure that I won't bump at anyone and kept my steps straight. "Your forehead is too wrinkled earlier," she said which is the reason I looked at her while stretching the skin of my forehead to tighten it.

"Is it?" I asked her then looked up at my forehead even if I already know that I can't see it with just looking up.

"I said shut up," she said again in her calm voice then looked at me with her resting bitch face.

"You shouldn't tell me what to do," I said while shaking my head innocently, the reason she sighed.

"What were you thinking of?" she asked while just looking at her front.

"Why?" I asked. Should I tell it?

"I just want to know what's in your mind," she said then shrugged.

"Why?" I asked again. I am that curious.

"Will you please stop asking why," she said when she stopped walking. I looked at her innocently even if she already held both sides of her waist with her left and right hands, of course, you can't hold your waist with your feet.

"Okay," I said and continued walking after I shrugged.

"So can I now know what you were thinking about earlier," she said then stopped me from walking with standing in front of me.

"The new teacher," I said then walked to her side and started walking straight again.

"Hey, wait for me," she called me when I walked faster than she expected. I don't like to answer any further questions from her and the only way I can avoid it was by leaving her, but I also can't do that because she is faster than me and that means I have no other choice, but to tell it to her. "Hey," she called for my attention while tapping my shoulder when I didn't answer she kept going until I give up.

"What?" I asked with my annoyed face, "What? What? What? What?" I asked her plenty of times.

"Why are you getting mad?" she asked while hugging herself then used her favorite expression, the one that can make anyone feel so bad.

"Ok," I said then sighed, "What?" I asked her.

"Why are you thinking about that new teacher?" she asked with her hopeful smile.

"Fine, if that will make you stop bothering me," I said then sighed.

"You don't like him do you?" she asked then gasped and she made her eyes bigger, acting like she is shocked.

"No," I said while my forehead wrinkled and I showed her my crossed arm, "Of course not," I said then giggled with my wonderful smirk.

"Great, he is too old for you dear," she said after she let out a sigh of relief.

"Yeah," I said then looked somewhere and smirked.

"So why?" she asked, I was about to answer her question when she asked again, "Why?" and she asked again while she interlocked hands is below her chin, "What is it?"

"He looks familiar," I sid and wrinkled my forehead while I bite the corner of my lower lip.

"Familiar?" she said, it is like she knew something then she suddenly crossed her arm then act cool, "Of course, you might have seen him before," she said then walked again. She kept on bothering me earlier, but she isn't interested in my answer.

"No," I said and topped her, "not like that," I said as I shake my head.

"Then what?" she asked then shrugged.

"It is like I've seen him somewhere but I didn't," I said and looked at somewhere with my wrinkled forehead like I am trying to remember something.

"Your memory must have been weaker," she said then shrugged again, "You have a good memory, but you forgot the face of the people you see each day, maybe you are becoming older," she said while nodding like she knows everything.

"Yeah, I have a great memory," I said, still with my wrinkled forehead, "It didn't get weaker," I sid with my arrogant smile, facing her and she looked at me with the corner of her upper lip raised.

"Yeah, you're so full of yourself," she said while nodding. She became to like nodding these days, I wish there is nothing wrong with her facial muscles.

"No, I have a great memory," I said then looked at her, "Until now," I continued while nodding, pursuing her to believe me that I still have a great memory.

"So, what do you want to tell?" she asked as she raised her left eyebrow.

"Do left-handed people only raise their left eyebrows?" I asked her with my wrinkled forehead which is the reason she glared at me and continued walking down to the stairs.

"Hey, I'm just curious," I said after I chased her.

"Tell what you need to tell, not just anything," she said with her crossed arm.

"Fine," I said then sighed.

"What?" she asked then turned to face me properly.

"That new teacher feels like someone I know, but this is the first time I met him," I said with my wrinkled forehead then I leaned closer to her face to keep what I'll say next a secret. "Maybe he is from my past life."
