Chapter 7

I carefully put my camera equipments inside my car. I brushed off my hair using my fingers before driving the car into the wedding.

"Here's the photographer," someone said when I arrived. It was an old woman wearing formal outfit. Is she the mother of the bride or groom? "Can you take a picture of us?" she asked pertaining to herself and her friends. I just nod. I placed my camera on an angle before clicking it. "Thank you..."

I am just waiting for the bride to come. The wedding is grand. It should be a wedding to business tycoon owners or their children. There are white ribbons designs inside the church. The guests were all wearing a nice formal outfit.

"The wedding's going to start," someone whispered to me. I don't know anyone from this wedding. I'm just the photographer. I positioned myself on the place where I could capture all of the photos.

A romantic music started to play and all of the guests fall in line. I just watch them walk up to the aisle and respective seat until the wife. I just capture every important moments on their wedding. I hope these pictures were good enough for them to be satisfied on my service.

"You may now kiss the bride." The groom slowly removes the veil of the bride. He slowly moves his face towards the bride. The crowd cheers when their lips touched each other.

I envy the two of them because I can clearly see that they love each other. When will I found the love of my life? I'm still young but still the time is running for me to marry. My girlfriends lied to me and I hate those people who are lying to me. I hate lied.

I took family pictures on the altar before we head into the venue.

The venue was designed in a simple way but I can recognize how rich the new husband and wife. There were couches and platters of food in every table. There's a seat which is respectively for the two of them.

"Let's welcome the newlywed husband and wife. Mr. and Mrs. Rizal!" the host announced when the couple arrived. The guests were all clapping their hands. Some are even shouting and tuning the mood inside the venue. The couple smiled while paving their way to their seats.

"What can you say that you two are now married?" the host asked to the couple. They both look at each other and then they chuckled. The host handles the microphone to the groom first. He's going to be the first one to speak.

"I'm very happy that I am now married to the girl of my life. She's my best friend since we're just in high school and that's when my feelings started to develop. I'm very lucky to have her. I am very lucky that we're not just best friends. We're now a couple," the groom delightedly said. He's been smiling when he handles the microphone to her wife.

"Yes, my husband is right that we're both lucky to have each other. We started to become friends because of heartbreak and that's where we develop our feelings. Thank you for all of your supports and efforts for us." She handled the microphone to the host.

"Now, what can you advice to those couples who are still starting? What can you say for them to have a strong foundation in their love story?"

It's the bride's turn to answer the questions first. "Life is life and just continues striving with the love of your life. If you really love that person, you will fight for him. If you really respect your lady or your man, you will help him or her to reach her dreams without being a distraction. Even though we got married late, it's not late for us to enjoy this married life because we both love each other." She gave the microphone to his husband.

"It's not easy to start a married life but all I can say is that respect his or her past. Don't let his or her secrets ruin the two of you because in the end, it's the present that matters."

My heart was affected by what he said. He's right. I shouldn't be affected for what I see in my curse. It should be the present that matters.

The wedding ended and I'm just waiting for the down payment on our team's service. The second payment will be given after we print their wedding book. The groom is walking towards me while giving gratitude to the guests.

"Hi, sir," I said. "Your wedding's nice and congrats to the both of you. I hope you'll have the best married life." He smiled at me. He carefully put his hand on his pocket and he gets his wallet. He gave me the exact amount for their down payment.

"Thank you for your service. Me and my appreciate it." He put his hand parallel to his abdomen. I think he wants to shake hands with me. I don't want to shake hands with him since I'm going to see his past but I don't want to leave him a rude impression that's why I accepted it. I felt that there's an energy controlling me and bringing to the past.

It feels like I was transported inside a mansion. The house interior is full of antique designs. There were also family portrait inside. The maids were cleaning everything inside the house. Suddenly, the groom was running through the stairs.

"Mom, I am going to marry her!" He's pertaining to his wife already. Does his mother prevent him from marrying his woman? What an absurd? We shouldn't prevent anyone from marrying the person they truly love.

Her mom shakes her head. "No, no, no! You won't marry her. She's just your best friend and she took a different track in life. She doesn't know anything about business." The guy clenched his fist and then he ran away from his mom.

He's fighting for her. He's fighting for the love of her life...
